Square Grouper Key West provides a wonderful and amazing dining experience with phenomenal food quality. Reviews consistently highlight it as probably the best meal in Key West, with delicious dishes that truly blow guests away. The menu features standout items including the conch appetizer, the yellowtail dish, the baked fish dip, the Goat Cheese starter, the Seafood Stew, mussels, roasted carrots specials, and the tamarind-garlic duck confit. The asian salad is also noted as delicious. The restaurant is very busy but accommodating, with excellent service from a kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Service is a highlight, with a well-coordinated team ensuring a great experience. The inside is nice but can be quite noisy, while shaded outdoor picnic tables offer an alternative. Although sometimes items like the Hummingbird Cake may be unavailable, the overall experience is so impressive that guests highly recommend it and plan to return.
