Beef chimi bread was hard. Flavor wasn’t there. It was not authentic. Maybe the ladies behind the counter should pay more attention to customer service then having side bar conversations and forgetting customer orders.
The idea behind the food truck concept is to provide great food at a lower cost than what one would pay if patronizing a traditional brick & mortar restaurant. After all, by trimming the operations cost, the entry point of the menu items is to reflect the overall savings. This is not the case with ANY of the food truck vendors.
