First, most of the people/workers I interacted with were rude and/or not helpful. 3rd year for cheer worlds or Summit and it gets worse every time. I could've scheduled a better entry / exit plan on the back of a napkin. Whoever designed the Field House with all the men's restrooms on the lowest level should have their engineering degree pulled. We were here for a cheer comp and really appreciate the changes made to the seating and food delivery. Very organized and ample seating when we got our meal. We appreciate everyone, especially Garrett and Jesus! They were wonderful and took extra time to make our experience a positive one. Thank you.
It is the only place in ESPN to sit down and eat. However, you had to do a kiosk ordering, and only got 1 free refill for a $5.99 drink. The menu was limited and you had to go to the bar to stand in line for a drink.
