“Always pleasantly surprised by the helpful employees and the pure joy they bring to their job. They will make any kind of pizza you want and you can eat till you're full. My daughter loves playing in the game room and even wanted her bday dinner there!“

“Pizza was very good. We were happy to find gluten free pizza in the area. However, we called and placed an order and confirmed that the online pricing was accurate. When we arrived, we were charged MUCH more than the online pricing. They happily fixed the price of the wings ($12.99 online and rang me up for $19.99 when we got there) but we were also over charged for 2 gluten free pizzas by several dollars. The staff working was pleasant and I did not ask for them to fix the prices of the GF pizzas nor did they offer to, but I made them aware that we were overcharged for those as well. The website is not old, it was updated 2 days ago so there should k out be any discrepancies (and certainly not big ones) Very good food, nice workers, just check your receipts. Would eat there again but would make sure pricing is accurate.“

It is more about them, than it is about you. If someone has a problem with Schiano Pizza, clearly they are the one with the problem. Not Schiano Pizza.“

“The Pizza Hut is always enjoyable and excellent. The People on Staff do not settle for just being respectful. The Staff goes above and beyond with "Kindness." Any "Dodo" can "be "Respectful." But it takes Genuine "High Emotional Intelligence to engage in "Kindness.". That is what I see every time I engage with Pizza Hut. I engage in Take Out, Dine In, and Delivery. For a long time I Boycotted Pizza Hut, because a few years ago at the Michigan Ave Irlo Bronson I witnessed a Store Manager loudly Verbally Abusing one of the Staff. When I confronted him, he tried to tell me, I was not seeing what I was seeing. I made him Apologize to the Staff Member, then and there. I made the decision to bring my business else where. I have observed, that not happen since I've returned, no bullying like that. But, if I see that in any Pizza Hut again. I will Not return my business for good. I am a Customer with a Conscience. I am not loyal to the Brand. I am loyal to the People who give, the life to the Brand.“

“Ordered cheesy bread sticks, small Hawaiian pizza and 10 jumbo wings. $49 before tip. $7.50 delivery. Order at 9:15pm. Quoted 45-60 min. At 10:11 I called to ask if they're close. I was told all the orders were out. About 15 minutes later the driver called to say there was rain and traffic and to meet him in the downstairs resort lobby in 10 minutes. I asked him 3 times to come upstairs. He kept insisting it was locked. It was not. He arrived at 10:45 again called asking for us to come down. (We were in our Pjs). Finally after insisting he come up..he did. Sweet guy. Food was cold but delicious.“
