“I just came from drive-thru when this location opened up for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wait turned into 15 plus minutes. The customer behind me was yelling and getting very upset due to excessive wait. I attempted to blow my horn and knock on window to get someone's attention. There was a manager who was walking near the window, but would not acknowledge me. I heard her say, " they will have to wait". An associate came by the windows shortly after the manger walked out of sight and opened the window. I explained that the customer behind me was getting upset. I pulled up to the second window, so the customer behind me could calm down, since my sandwich was not ready.

I would not recommend coming here when this location is opening up for the day, not convenient in drive thru.“

“For several years the wendys in the villages have been sub par. Everytime I go to the one on 466a they are out of whatever it was I wanted. Yesterday I ordered french toast sticks, no syrup. For months last year they didn't have coffee period. I am done with them. They use to have the very best fast food burgers back in Ohio“

“Like any other cafeteria style restaurant you have to order what's the freshest. And when this place is hopping they can be real busy keeping up replacing the food. The vegetables seem to add a nice touch to the dishes here. Not everything is batter covered and oil fried. The two entree plate with a drink is 13 bucks including tax and you can't really beat that. Letting the customer split the side 50/50 with rice and lo mein is also a good perk. If you splurge and get the three entree plate, you've got five things to eat for a pretty small tab.“
