“We came for breakfast and my husband got lunch one of the best Cuban cafes in winter haven and I’m not sure if a lot of people know about them. Their coffees were delicious as well! Highly recommend!!“

“Just went thru drive thru. The service was fast but the food was cold. I ordered the sweet bacon croissant and my husband ordered just a toasted butter croissant. Both croissants were cold, the egg and bacon was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. And he asked at the window if they toasted his croissant that fast because soon as he paid they handed the food out the window and the girl said yes. So obviously they precook everything and throw it together and don't warm it up. Was a waste of money to us because neither of us ate it.“

“Here on Sunday after church. Great food and the staff is really friendly. Very short staffed (isn’t everyone!??‍♀️). One server for the entire diner, so our wait time was pretty excessive. She was doing a great job keeping up as fast as she could.“

“Great service! We’re Colombian, and I came with my Tia to get some boba, they had all sorts of foods, I was very tempted to buy a few meals, but settled for a snack with boba. The service was lovely, they were all very friendly, and made sure everything was okay. They also had lovely decor, but while we came they were in the middle of painting the walls, Will come back for more soon, can’t wait to see the re-design!“

“LOVE this quaint “hole in the wall” that has a great cause behind it. I ordered a caramel frappe with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso and when I tell you it was the best I’ve ever tried ?☕️ So good, and the staff working there were very friendly and accommodating in helping me figure out what I wanted. Def recommend visiting for coffee and a pastry! They have a cute little section selling shirts and trinket items by the counter. Nice atmosphere for working or hanging out with friends. “I love this scooters. The girl in the window today (11/2 7:30 am) was not ready to be in that position. She does not have good customer service skills. She tried to charge me $24 for a large hot sugar cookie latte. I asked “for a coffee?” So she apologized and the charged me $6.48 for a drink - idk which one as the one she gave me was a hot black coffee. Very disappointed in this experience. Usually the people here are amazing. Idk what happened today.“

“On October 17th I attended a workshop event at the Venue 1890 and I couldn’t be more pleased. Besides the workshop that was really fun, what really stood out was this beautiful space! Carefully decorated and full of personality. It’s the perfect place for small/medium size events like: weddings, showers, vine tasting parties and more. The owner is present in every detail and she takes care of all the guests with warmth and professionalism.

“I have ordered a Carrot Cake last week for my mom’s birthday and went to pick up the cake monday. All of us loved the cake, it was very delicious and all the flavors were on point. The cake decoration came out just how we wanted it. It was bigger than I expected it.“

“I’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.

They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.

It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.

The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!

It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in their control.“
