“Overall it's a very nice experience. I think a few adjustments need to be made in order to make it excellent, in my opinion. The first is there should be a plain scone option. While I thought the scone was good, orange cranberry is a very specific flavor that's just not for everyone. I was also extremely surprised I could not get some raspberry jam instead of orange marmalade. Once again, orange marmalade is so niche and specific that's it's just odd not to have a more basic option. The cheese plate was excellent and the bread/crackers actually stole the show there along with the truffle cheese. The cucumber sandwich was pretty weak but the salmon and curry chicken salad tartlet were standouts. Although it is enough food to fill you up, would it really kill you guys to ask if you wanted a couple of more of your favorite items? For the price, it would have been a nice option to get a second chicken curry even though I was properly full. The sweets were OK but overall a more traditional selection of afternoon tea sweets would be nice. It would also be nice if you had some servers walking around with some sliced cake or other treats like they do at afternoon tea in England. Those little extras would have been going back as a local. But in it's current form, I would probably wait a year or 2 before returning as it just didn't do enough to make me want to run back.“

“Ordered chicken wings and they were great nice and crispy. They were large and very meaty. The best wings I have had in years. I will have to try other items on the menu.“

“The best restaurant in all of the parks as regards quality of food and setting. There will always be, however, a queue and as this is first come, first to get in, you have to time it just right. Whilst in the queue use your Universal app to order your food, so that when you get to your table you can place your order and pay for it by your mobile phone, using the QR code on the table, this will get it served to you quicker. The servers are only there to guide you to your seat and bring out your food and drinks. We did see people going up to the bar and paying for something, whether this was an alternative to the App, I'm not sure🤷‍♂ better to ask when joining the queue. The toilets are outside the front door to the left as you exit.“

“Drove 4.5 hours today to watch the England World Cup match, hoping to experience it surrounded by my fellow countrymen (I moved to the States decades ago) while enjoying some proper British food. They did not disappoint!

The service was beyond amazing. I’m deaf/hard of hearing, and they went above and beyond trying to get the closed captions working on one of the TVs for me. A huge shout out to Jovan for doing absolutely everything he could to try to make that happen. It meant far more than he probably realizes.

Our waitress was wonderful, the sausage rolls and fish and chips were fantastic, and the atmosphere created by the England supporters was exactly what I’d been hoping for. It felt like a little piece of home.
