“This restaurant features the humor and aesthetic of the Jungle Cruise, but in the format of a sit down restaurant. If you enjoy skipper humor, you'll likely be amused by the jokes made by the staff here. The food itself is good, but I can't say I've ever had anything here that was outstanding. The entertainment and theme are certainly the big draw. There are plenty of days when they have same day reservations available or they open the wait list, so it's not a bad option if you're making some last minute plans.“

“I don't normally review restaurants inside theme park hotels. However, this place is not your typical theme park restaurant. Located in side the Caribbean beach resorts. It's quite frankly one of the best all you can eat buffet in all of Disney World. I could not stop myself from eating the Cilantro Lime rice. The staff is so attentive that they will make you blush. When you visit this place, you will agree It's money well spent.“

I love Santiago’s and I’ve been a local to Davenport/clermont for a long time! The food is always freshly made, and they give good portions as well. You can’t go wrong with Latin food, and Santiago’s never lacks in flavor of all the traditional foods I grew up eating. However I’m taking off one star because I purchased food inside the restaurant today and I noticed that when you cash out using Apple Pay they automatically add a tip and the cashier intentionally swipes past the option to adjust your tip or decline entirely, which is OUR choice not there’s.. I canceled out at the register in hopes to get back to the tip screen and I saw they added a 18% tip without my consent, granted my total wasn’t much.. and the tip didn’t increase it entirely. So I wasn’t going to fight it. However it’s WRONG. And they do it so casually! SO once again FYI when you come in store to purchase your food they are intentionally and automatically adding a tip, like I said I watched the cashier twice and she sped past the tip screen not even giving me a chance to decide if i want to tip or not. So I am removing 1 star and truthfully I don’t know now that I’ll come as often because of this despite the food is great.“

I have visited all of them, and I believe this one is a 4 stars. I have rated 5 to one of them. It’s pretty close to the original Colombian/peruvian menu. Plenty of parking space in the plaza. They offer indoor seating only. It’s a great restaurant and the prices are pretty similar to others in the area. Def a place I would recommend to friend and family.“

“Called in for an early dinner and we got sat down straight away no problems. We were a party of eight. Everyone enjoyed their food and we each ordered something different so we could try bits of each others and were all very happy. Place was a little quiet but it was early. Drinks were really well priced in comparison to every other place we've been too in this 3 week holiday and thats even before the happy hour discounted prices kicked in! Cocktails and beers were lovely.It was clean and well ran. Toilets spotless which is always a good sign.Jasmine was our server and she did a great job looking after us. We would all definitely go back.“
