“We are from Houston Texas and we have some of the Best restaurants. Crab cakes I'd rate a 2 as I thought terrible flavor & terrible either old crabmeat or canned. Definitely not fresh lump crab meat. In Houston=Eddie V, Vic& Anthony, Balboa SurfClub, Etc. 5 star lump crab cakes. Lobster tempura = average would have been delicious with a warm garlic butter sauce. The chef cut 3 small pieces but then 1 big long piece = they should have been equal in size. Milk Bread is Delicious. Corn soufflé is Delicious! Brussels Sprouts needed to be more tender & needed more of a balsamic glaze = they tasted plain. Capital Grille & others in Houston has amazing balsamic brussel sprouts. Steak & SeaBass were very good. Friend said Beef Stroganoff good. Pickle dirty martini was very good. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!5 Star+ We were in the circular corner booth and seat was lumpy not comfortable for the level of restaurant this is.”

Had incredible gyoza (dumplings), ate it so quick I forgot to take a picture of those lol. We split the hibachi filet and sushi. I've never really enjoyed sushi but it was prepared well here and I actually had several pieces. The steak could've had more flavor but it was still delicious and paired well with the yum yum sauce. Definitely recommend going.”

“My wife and I are definitely foodies. We have been to some of the best restaurants in town, and the Lake Mary Social has been on our list to try for over a year. We finally got to try it about a month ago, and unfortunately, I believe we hit on an off night. To their credit, however, the management reached out to me and my wife (almost immediately after hearing about our concerns) in an attempt to make things right. This is the mark of excellent leadership. I applaud the owners and management for their outstanding customer service. It is clear that they have a passion for what they do and for the customers who dine at their restaurant. In their attempt to make things right, we were invited back for a meal with the intention of showing us what The Lake Mary Social is supposed to be. They succeeded. The atmosphere was fantastic and the service was excellent. Overall, the character of the restaurant is very well executed. They have done a lot of positive things with the space. As soon as you walk through the door, you are transported to a 1920’s style, fine-dining establishment that is a far cry from the old and seemingly run-down shopping center in which it is located. They have truly elevated themselves above their surroundings and do a phenomenal job of allowing their patrons to escape and lose themselves in what I would describe as a “bubble of class.” My wife and I started with a yellowfin tuna tartare that was so incredibly balanced in all five palatable flavors it seamlessly blended the sweet, salty, bitter, umami, and even a punch of sour from the occasional hint of diced kiwi. For the entrees, my wife had the prime filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. I sampled it and could literally cut it with a butter knife. The seasoning was superbly sparse— not overpowering the natural flavor of the prime beef but rather enhancing it. The dish was finished with a mix of flawlessly executed, al dente, roasted vegetables. Each bite had just the right amount of crunch, and when paired every so often with the juices from the steak, creates a perfect palatal experience. I had the chicken cordon bleu. The chicken was moist, flavorful, and balanced incredibly well with the smokiness of the ham and the savoriness of the bleu cheese. The chicken sat upon a generous, but not overpowering bed of pommes puree. The unifying force behind this dish was the clearly scratch-made béchamel sauce. This sauce was the creamy, savory link that brought the aforementioned flavors into exquisite unity. Dessert was a strawberry basil panna cotta and a banana pudding. My wife had the panna cotta and I had the pudding. Each of us believed that our selection was the best of the two, but the truth is that they were both excellent choices. I do think; however, that I have to give a leg-up to the panna cotta. It checked all the panna cotta boxes: texture, flavor, and balance. It was light and fluffy yet firm, fruity and minty yet not too sweet, and overall wonderfully refreshing. Our meal at The Lake Mary Social was delectable from start to finish. Based on this meal, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine-dining experience in the Central Florida area.”

“Huge rave!!!! I just got home from dinner and have never been more pleased. I have Celiac Disease and a wheat allergy. My server, Sydney C., was knowledgeable about the GF options and even double checked with her manager. She even brought up cross contamination before I did and assured me it would not be an issue. I was actually able to enjoy a meal with my family at a restaurant, which is not something I have been able to do in a long time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. “Ordered from Uber eats, the portion size of the fries was great, and I very much enjoyed both my Ranch dry and the Cajun rub. The fry sauce was definitely the highlight. Reasoning for not getting 5 stars is the actual ranch sauce was very weak and unflavorful and while the garlic Parm sauce was very good, it was WAY too salty. Over all, I will definitely be getting more food from here to try some of the other varieties offered.”

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.”

I haven't written a Google review in forever, and I am literally writing this one while sitting at the table after having an incredibly delicious breakfast with my hubby for Valentine's Day! Alli, our server, was fantastic, and we already can't wait to go back and ask for her next time! My hubby had the cookie dough waffle, bacon, and fried potatoes. I had the apple fritter French toast with blueberries, bacon, and scrambled eggs. My hubby likes his bacon wiggly, and I like mine cooked until it's crunchy, and they cooked everything perfectly! We also started with the cinnamon bun cold brew, holy frijoles, it was DELISH!! This is our new favorite breakfast spot and we will be bringing family and friends FOR SURE!! Thank you Alli and chefs for a fantastic breakfast!!”

We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius.
