Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. Everything was delicious, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! “If you’re lucky enough to have Jay as your server, congratulations - you’ve already won dinner before the food even arrives.

We came to F&D Steakhouse for a work dinner expecting a great meal, but Jay turned it into an experience I will remember. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely funny without trying too hard, and somehow knew exactly when to check on us. We even got to learn a little about him, which made the evening feel personal instead of just another night out.

The food was outstanding (compliments to the kitchen!), but Jay was the highlight of the night. He has that rare ability to make every table feel like they’re his favorite guests. By the end of the evening, it felt less like we’d been served by a waiter and more like we’d spent dinner with an old friend who just happened to know the menu inside and out.

Jay, thanks for making our work dinner one we’ll actually remember for all the right reasons. We’ll definitely be back, and next time I’m requesting “Jay’s section” before I even look at the menu!

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!”

As someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciate how clearly marked the gluten-free options are—it makes ordering easy and stress-free. The atmosphere is also great and makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.

“I had an absolute blast at Memories of India in Lake Mary.

I met the owner, Chef Philip, at my bar a few weeks ago and promised him I would come visit. Promise kept, and I’m so glad I did.

I ordered the mango lassi, lamb chops, naan, chicken masala, and homemade mango ice cream. Every single thing was delicious.

At one point, Philip turned the corner and caught me trying to eat the food like a sandwich. He quickly corrected me 😂

Here are the steps he gave me:

1. Dip the naan in the sauce.
2. Use it to grab little hunks of meat.
3. If you have bread left over, use it with the rice.

Simple. Delicious. 💕

The lamb was tender, the flavors were dynamic, the atmosphere was warm, and the staff made the whole experience feel welcoming and intimate.

Pizza is better and. Cheaper in NY. Fix your prices and maybe you may get some more customers.

We had 4 people and they brought out 1 persons food 15 min before our pizza was ready. All food should come out the same time hot and fresh.”

When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.”

But then…the food! It was worth the wait. I had Fancy Nancy and Sassy Scotty with grape and broccoli salad. Honestly, this is the best chicken salad I have ever had. Everything was so fresh and so delicious. I will definitely be back!”

Let’s talk cleanliness… SPOTLESS, especially the restroom. I’m pretty sure you could eat off the floor—but don’t, because the smoothies are way better. Everything looked fresh, organized, and cared for, which honestly makes the whole experience even more refreshing (pun intended).

And the smoothie? Absolute perfection. Tasted like vacation in a cup.
