Three generations of the Carson family run this Mom and Pop operation. Been in business since 1982. We visited on a Saturday night and brought several couples with us that were new to the restaurant. Specials included roast beef, tender spare ribs, and a ham. Available for an additional charge were crab legs, peel and eat shrimp and frog legs. I was there for the Sunday buffet it was awesome the food was HOME MADE and the service was fantastic everyone from the staff made you feel at home I will definitely be back and this will be one of my regular dinning spots

This restaurant is an off the beaten track gem. It is a small, family owned and run place that is set across Lake Panasoffkee from a nature preserve. Dinner is a reasonably priced buffet of good family food. My family and I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. We really feel like we've been to a friend's house for dinner.
