I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.“

“Brought home 3 outstanding sandwich’s this afternoon and everybody absolutely love them. We had the spicy Cuban, hot ham and cheese plus I had the Italian. Full of meats and just delicious! “A typical Subway this location is kind of hidden away from Clark Road. However, in all the times I have gone the inside has always been clean, and the staff welcoming.

My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. Todd provides exemplary service. He recognizes my daughter and to a T remembers her exact order, and even got her to try a different bread. If this man doesn’t run this store he SHOULD. I cannot say enough positive words about what I experienced as I watched him interact with our whole family. Thank you Todd, for going above and beyond. But what impressed me the most was that I asked for was some A-1 steak sauce and they said they didn’t have any. So I started to eat and the associate had went in the store and bought a bottle of A-1 and brought it to me. Amazing service and you can tell they really care about their customers.“

Today I went to Subway in Parrish, Fl ad the line was at the door with 8-9 people waiting…because my favor Subway in Ellenton, Fl was closed down !?? I think the store in Parrish is so busy at 11:00-1:30pm because it’s the only Subway and everybody now that Ellenton has NO Subway! Staff is over worked with the amount of people.“

“First time here. I like that there is plenty of room in the shop and has great designs and easy to read menus. A/C was nice and cool. The shop looked clean. I ordered a roast beef with provolone and the works. The sandwich makers and staff did a great job. The food was excellent, very fresh. It was one of those sandwiches you didn't want to end. I'll definitely come back with friends. As like many other comparable restaurants, the prices came in at your average $15 bucks for a sandwich, drink and chips. Can't escape that unfortunately.“
