I had the excellent brisket (tender, great bark & smoke ring), which was served with coleslaw and added collard greens that he wanted me to try. As mentioned, the brisket was outstanding. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and had a perfect balance of mayo and vinegar. The collards were so flavorful, the best I've ever had. The hours are limited, but more than worth making time for a stop, just make sure to get there early.“

“Stopped by here yesterday evening for the first time about 7pm. After 3+ hours of heavy rain this afternoon/evening, they were still open. Pretty nice for a food truck I think. I tried 3 of their Tacos, had 3 different meats and they were all excellent. Came with some extra little sides which was unexpected and nice. The red and green salsa also tasted great and I used it all on my tacos. Has a canopy and tables that you could sit at while you ate, but I chose to eat on my car due to the rain. Hats off to the women cooking my order, we'll done. I'll be back for more tacos and to try some other things as well.“
