“The chocolate cone was yummy. I did not want it dipped in chocolate but somehow that’s what happened. The staff needs to understand the orders. They also need an in service as to how to properly dip cones for DQ. The dip was not good.“

“I went to this taco bell after I had my shoulder surgery done. The food was awesome and the service was great. I recommend this restaurant for the awesome tasting food and great people working there.

We were out of town in Leesburg and had never been to this one before. Much better than the Taco Bell in my hometown! I think it was the manager who was welcoming people in and and employee on his break at a table told us to have a good day on the way out. Great customer contact and service guys👍 nicely done.“

I had pretty much written off Taco Bell for the last couple years due to incorrect orders, bad service and overall bad experiences. But after a long cross country drive, Taco Bell was one of the only options in the area that offered vegetarian friendly food at that time of day, and WOW! It was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in years! We went again yesterday and received the same amazing quality food, the correct items and really great customer service! Jared, Jack and Jilean make a great team. They were super friendly and make some great food! I hope they are recognized for their amazing service and for renewing my faith in this company! Vegetarian options: They offer great quality veggie options! Pretty much every item on the menu can be subbed for a vegetarian filling (black/refried beans instead of meat). Every other location I’ve been to over the last couple years don’t put enough beans in the veggie items and it’s really disappointing, but this location and team know how to make a vegetarian happy! Great quality!“

“12/3/22. New male employee to this location helped me place an order to send pizza to staff at the emergency room at Leesburg Hospital where they were taking care of my mother. Extremely kind and helpful employee. I actually felt better after I got off the phone with him than before I called. I asked him to add a special note that they send some of the pizza into my mother. He told me she must be pretty special if I was going through all of that effort to take care of the people who were taking care of her. Wonderful experience, all-around, not to mention your pizza is always phenomenal! Please thank him 😊“
