Delicious, fresh lunch at the resort! Open air invites the sea breeze into the dining area. The black bean hummus was recommended by several resort staff and it did not disappoint! The portion was generous as well. The mahi mahi tacos were fresh and delicious as well. Their margarita was also 10/10!

Love the shrimp bowl! Other choices that I had during our stay was the açaí bowl, and the shrimp cocktail. All were tasty and excellent!
Aura at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort offers a delicious, fresh lunch. The open air dining area invites the sea breeze. Guests enjoy the black bean hummus, mahi mahi tacos, ceviche, steak, wings, guacamole, and mango sorbet. The skirt steak, grouper tacos, and cheese burger are also delicious. The margarita, mezcal paloma, and Hugo spritz are favorites. Service is excellent, kind, and attentive.
