“Just had their Mongolian Beef, it was awesome! Beef was very tender, lots of onion and scallion and lots of sauce. We only order once in a while but have always had great food. I also suggest their House fried rice. It has shrimp, chicken and pork with veggies. Not to mention the portions are huge.“

Nothing compares to how clean, fresh, and precise the quality of their ingredients and menu choices are. Every bite tastes thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and parking was incredibly easy—huge plus. A special thank you to General Manager Jeff, who clearly takes pride in his role. “I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and a gluten allergy so it has been difficult to find places with items on the menu I can eat. I had the scrambled eggs, hash browns, turkey bacon and gluten free pancakes with sugar free syrup. My inner child was sooo happy, everything tasted great! Thank you OPH!!
I rate the service very low and this is probably due to poor management. They had decorations for all of the high school graduates, so they were expecting to be busy, but unfortunately management did not have enough staff working and the hostess was being a waitress. So they only had two waitresses/hostess working the entire floor.“

“Big John’s is a very special place! Small but mighty. Warm and welcoming service and food to DIE for! Every plate that came out looked better than the next. “My wife and I had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant in Alton. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. Well done Chris.“

“Decided to try Gino's Pizza in Palm Springs today for the 1st time due to receiving their menu in the mail. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, onions and garlic with 10pc Honey Garlic wings. Went to go pickup my order and was immediately given a friendly greeting from Joe at the counter. Place is a little hole in the wall but very clean and organized. He thanked me for giving their place a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and they exceeded my initial expectations. The pizza was delicious, nice crispy crust with no flop, just how I like my pizza. The wings were fantastic too. Nice crisp to them as well, just how I like my wings. Highly recommend and will look forward to becoming a regular customer.“

“We order through food delivery (Uber Eats) and although the food is overall good they describe the Belgium waffle as coming with vanilla whipped cream and they won’t deliver it that way. Also the grits are very heavily seasoned with pepper which is fine if you like a lot of black pepper but not great if you don’t.“

“Had our anniversary dinner at Bimini on a Tuesday night. The place was packed. Mark ordered the NY strip and lobster, I ordered the Mediterranean style Chilean Sea Bass. The food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive. The manager was especially attentive. We had a later reservation so I missed the white chocolate bread pudding (my favorite) for dessert but Cheryl, the manager, suggested the apple crisp-excellent. What a memorable evening. Will be back soon for the bread pudding.“

“The hospitality of the owners was as if we were family. The food is just fantastic, its authentic. My favorite dish was the humble black beans, perfectly cooked with subtle spicing and my main dish was pulpo (octopus), it was tender and again with subtle spices. On a different occasion I had the best authentic Cuban sandwich. I cannot recommend enough.“

“This is a great local take-out Chinese restaurant. I just came in and ordered and got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. The portions are generous, taste excellent, and customer service is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be our go to place for a Chinese dinner for home. The pricing is fair. They even had a sweet, traditional take out box for our rice.“
