“I feel like Chic-fil-a as a whole has gone down. This location is on par with the trend. Not great but not horrible. I’m giving it 5 stars because the I’ve never had a problem with food quality. Order accuracy, timeliness, and customer service not so much. Mostly take to-go orders. Without unwrapping all the food I do a general check. Only to get home and see something is off - bacon instead of sausage or fried chicken vs. grilled. But I’m not going to pack up, drive back, and have them redo the order. So while I’m giving them a 5, it’s really a four.“
“It's always a pleasure to visit this location in Lutz! Food is served hot and quality is excellent. They have no problem substituting fresh fruit instead of fries. My favorite location!

Parking: I have never had a problem at this location.
