“Been going here since the day they opened, my drink is always the same. More often than not when I walk in and they see me I am paying for my drink as they hand it to me , they know my order and I have never had a bad experience at this location.“
“I WORK IN THE AREA CLOSE TO THIS STORE AMD STOP BY EACH EVENING FOR A DRINK. I order nothing that makes me stand out… No special orders no complaints. The staff has come to recognize me as a regular and each of the members at that store are so kind pleasant and in some cases they match my sense of humor! I’m very appreciative of that type of service With a smile! It feels rare these days so I really wanted to recognize when I see it! Thanks to that crew for making me feel special!“
“First time in a long time that the staff was actually friendly ! Allison at the window was very nice , and the pretty girl with green hair was hustling !!! There were only 3 employees working today that I saw and thankfully the nasty attitude manager wasn’t anywhere to be seen!!!“
“Yesterday was NOT a good experience with DunkinThey were busy, I acknowledgethat, To not tell a customer that an iced coffee was watered down from the already melted ice, or that their hot chocolate was luke warm at best... I get it. But to substitute one donut for another when clearly you're out of just about everything... WTH?? Order blueberry glazed and get strawberry icing with sprinkles?? That's not cool... Or maybe at least SAY SOMETHING... Like, "I'm sorry we're out of that, would you like something else?". I thought they gave me the wrong ones, went inside to correct it, and was told that's what they did. No apology then either... No offers to exchange it for something else... Just basically "it is what it is, be glad you got anything at all" C'mon Dunkin... Do better.“
