“The wife and I were here 2 months ago and the food was excellent. The return trip was as good as the first time. Consistency is the mark of a good eatery. I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. Take the time to check this place out, it is a winner.“

My cafè con leche was like I like it, hot and fresh, and the Cuban toast! My husband had scramble eggs with sausage and pancakes and he was pleased, very good portion. “A small authentic place, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Never reall croweded, its honestly a hidden gem. If you live near it or even have to drive a few mins it'll be worth it. Only critique are the business hours. More often then not when we crave it, it turns out to be closed. So we take advantage anytime we are near and see that its open.“

At this point, there is no reason to keep going to the franchises, not sure what their employees issues are with sauce.
