I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. “Great customer service, the breakfast platter of Calentao Completo comes with rice & beans, mixed together, scrambled eggs on the side & a good size portion of a boneless pork chop , areapa & cheese and coffee .That meal is enough to keep you full all day.The icing on the cake was the bakery where you can choose from pan de bono, a cheese bread delight, or many of their tasty danishes, and sweet treats. My favorite place to eat when I am in town. A hidden gem for sure.“

Full of meats…delicious ham, roast pork, swiss cheese, pickles, etc. and best of all, the warm, crispy cuban bread that surrounded the “interior goodness” and crackled with every bite. “Looking for a good cafè con leche and a Cuban toast yesterday I went to the wrong place, what a disaster! Today I found Conga's cafe, what a little gem. My cafè con leche was like I like it, hot and fresh, and the Cuban toast! My husband had scramble eggs with sausage and pancakes and he was pleased, very good portion. I also tried their natural juices and they were amazing, super fresh and not overly sweet. Everything felt made with care and tasted very authentic.

“A small authentic place, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Never reall croweded, its honestly a hidden gem. If you live near it or even have to drive a few mins it'll be worth it. Only critique are the business hours. More often then not when we crave it, it turns out to be closed. So we take advantage anytime we are near and see that its open.“
