“Well everyone this is my official first time ever trying Jimmy Johns with the exception of my workplace the Panama City Beach Home Depot having the Pier Park location cater for special events with cold cuts, but now this place has hot subs, and I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar delicious only disappointment once choice for bread no biggie the toppings made up for it including the meat and cheese, it definitely blows Subway and Firehouse Subs out of the water and it’s next best thing to a Publix or Jersey Mike’s sub definitely will be back soon! 😁“

“I received an email from subway about getting any footlong sub for $5.99. So I decided that I would take advantage of this offer and get some of the higher cost subs at a lower cost. So I go to subway the other day and got a teriyaki chicken and I had it on herbs and cheese bread. With the addition of the vegetables and the sweet onion sauce by the time the sandwich maker had my sub looking like one on the commercials. I only wish that I paid more attention to the name of the sandwich maker because I would definitely give her a shout out she really made that a great experience to where when you're eating the sandwich it tastes so good you you have to tell somebody.“

“Decided to stop here for breakfast for the first time in a long time, the sandwich was warm, I asked for steak egg and cheese with green peppers and Chipotle. For some reason the Chipotle tasted spicy and sour? I don't recall it ever being spicy before, so it threw me off a bit, but overall it was filling.“

“A lot of really racist southern people have left comments here specifically calling out the ethnicity of the manager in combination with expressing experiences with bad service. I have lived in Panama City most of my life, between beach side and city side, minus 5 years in the military. I've probably eaten more subs than the spokes people for this company.

You normally don't think about excellence or quality when you're looking for a quick snack, but I'm sure we've all rarely witnessed a few staff or managers who struck us actually as caring. I see that here regularly. The food is clean, I don't have to argue about selections from the old vs the new menu, and I don't get up charged on the downlow for basic things like at some other Subways.

I will drive across town to a different franchise store to get the food I'm craving, I never have to do that here, and the meal at the end of my day is a joy, instead of a kick in the balls because it's poorly made and lukewarm.

Also: Jamaican people and others who have come here are a huge chunk of the population, and if that bothers you, you need to just grow up and accept it, or move away, because you don't deserve to have internet access or be a resident anywhere if you're racist.

Vegetarian options: You can style a sub with many veggies and sauces, and the sauces are really what make some of these subs pop when you're rolling veggie. Try sriracha or chipotle southwest, if you like a bit of zest or a little heat in your veggies.

Dietary restrictions: My gf gets a veggie sub the way she likes and swears its the best around she can find.

Kid-friendliness: Very laid back store, and they are nice to kids, but please don't let them destroy the building while you're staring into outer space lol.“

“The parking lot is small and often full. When I visited at 3 PM on a Monday, there was only one employee handling everything. He mentioned he'd been working since 5:30 AM, which seemed like a tough situation, but he still provided fast, accurate service with a smile. While this may not reflect the best personnel management, he got the job done impressively. The interior was clean and quiet. However, only sweet tea was available, and two fountain sodas were out of order—understandable, given that one person was handling all the tasks, including making the sandwiches.“
