They were very accommodating to my allergies, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious but seemed not valuable for the price.
Was the second visit to this location. First one was great. The second one not so great. Service was terrible. And they were not busy at all. Food came out over done and the crab legs were empty. No meat in them. Very very disappointed and it was a birthday celebration.
I just left Crafty Crab today, The food was great I had a server named Chiara and she was an amazing server. Only complaint I have is the manager Vincent, He isnt doing his job at all except for walking around the store texting on his phone. The takeout section was packed and the host was doing a great job, While He was behind sitting at the bar on his phone. Terrible image as a manager, I am Highly dissatisfied.
