“Jasmine Thai & Sushi does have very good food which I highly recommend. The restaurant is also violating Florida Statute 501.0117 by charging a 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay your bill. For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! “Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. You quickly begin to mingle with the other guests and even make friends along the way. A member of our party had a birthday and we all sang happy birthday to them and did a Sake toast. This was the best way to celebrate an early Valentine's Day dinner and we are definitely coming back. After this Omakase experience all other miami sushi spots will never taste the same again.“

The restaurant is conveniently located at Powerline and Palmetto near LA fitness. Such a beautiful and very clean environment with music and the Manager, Albert, was very welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs.
