“The food was really good and fresh. The Cuban bread was "real" cuban bread (Casino bakery). We had the grilled chicken w yuca and rice. Although in my opinion, the fried yuca was better than the boiled yuca. The arroz Moro and the cafe con leche were my favs, however everything was flavorful. Our server was great too, good customer service and very attentive to us, even though they were busy.“

“My best friend & I went here for lunch today. Jorge , the GM, stopped at our table to make sure all was ok. It was great so far. Then we got an awesome waitress, Kristina. She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. People are so quick to complain so Kim & I decided to tell them how happy we were with start to finish. Gators Dockside has always been my favorite restaurant, and it’s still my favorite restaurant. Paula R. was our server and she was VERY friendly and helpful even in helping us choose our breakfast and giving us her imput on toppings and condiments. She was very professional! The food was EXCELLENT!!!! I the omelet I nhad smothered in sausage gravy was wonderful as was the pancakes! This was one of the best tasting breakfast and service we have had in a very long time. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..“

That is the first time we have encountered that in Florida. The catering staff was Carrabbas headed by Ms. Tammy Kelly....This staff was SO nice, helpful and professional ....and even left our crew of 7 with a dinner and salad in the coolers to take home. They definitely didn't skimp on the fillings either; it was absolutely loaded with savory, high-quality ham and a generous amount of melted, gooey cheese that perfectly tied the whole dish together. “Skimpy portion of steak tips and some were chewy. Others in the party got fish and chicken tenders and said there was too much breading. It felt like we were stuck in a corner despite plenty of space, was told because it was quiet then sat the loudest guy behind us who had no idea what an inside voice is. Maybe the waitress was busy but we had to ask for drink refills.“

She was prompt and detailed in email communications to set up this surprise gift I was setting up for a very dear friend. Her space is well decorated, show-casing wine kits, bottled wine, other cute shop items to buy with plenty of space. Now that Covid is over, their hours are still very limited. They close at 2. We, seniors, like to go out for dinner, in the evening. That's when we went. Now, closing at 2, haven't been back in months, if not more. Today is Sunday. Think they would be open all day, but, no. Still closing at 2. Very sad. All the employees, led by Jessica and Nikki, made it so much fun. They are real people who go so far out of their way to make sure their diners are well taken care of. “I found 5 Hungry Howie's boxes of rotten food on my front door step that they delivered to the wrong house from a day ago. There was ants and flies and food all over. I called the store and the manager said there is nothing she can do for me and she would have the owner call. The owner never called. So after calling back 5 hours later the owner says clean your mess up and don't call back and hung up the phone. Don't deal with this business and rude owner. There are plenty of good family run restaurants in Brooksville.“

“It would be 5 stars but the lady that attended my wife and my mother in law was very rude, we ordered over the phone at 9pm and the lady said will be ready in 5 minutes, well, the drive takes 15 minutes, when got there the place was closed already, even though it says it closes at 9:30pm, when my mother in law inquired why it was closed already, this lady rudely replied “I told you 5 minutes”. Somebody should teach her how to treat customers.“
