“The food was really good and fresh. The Cuban bread was "real" cuban bread (Casino bakery). We had the grilled chicken w yuca and rice. Although in my opinion, the fried yuca was better than the boiled yuca. The arroz Moro and the cafe con leche were my favs, however everything was flavorful. Our server was great too, good customer service and very attentive to us, even though they were busy.“

“My best friend & I went here for lunch today. Jorge , the GM, stopped at our table to make sure all was ok. It was great so far. Then we got an awesome waitress, Kristina. She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. Paula R. was our server and she was VERY friendly and helpful even in helping us choose our breakfast and giving us her imput on toppings and condiments. She was very professional! The food was EXCELLENT!!!! I the omelet I nhad smothered in sausage gravy was wonderful as was the pancakes! This was one of the best tasting breakfast and service we have had in a very long time. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..“

The catering staff was Carrabbas headed by Ms. Tammy Kelly....This staff was SO nice, helpful and professional ....and even left our crew of 7 with a dinner and salad in the coolers to take home. “Service was slow because they seemed understaffed. The food was very good, came out hot and couldn't beat the price for the meal. I had the prime rib Thursday special with baked potato and green bean casserole. The soup was also excellent, something I've never had before, roast beef lentil. All for under 20 bucks, you can't beat that just about anywhere. The desserts looked homemade but I was too full to try. The majority of the people carried out a box with them so the portions are large. I wish it was closer to where I live, but I'll drive the 35 minutes to go back .“

“My father and I went to the Cheddars in Spring Hill after church on Sunday. It was our first time at Cheddars and we were very pleased. We got sat right away, our waiter was a young man, he was very good. I bought one of their specialty cocktails (a margarita) it was delicious. Our food came quickly and it was very good as well. And the prices were very reasonable. I had a bacon cheese burger with fresh steamed broccoli for less than $14. To sum it up, I definitely recommend Cheddars and I hope you'll have a great time like we did.“

Now that Covid is over, their hours are still very limited. They close at 2. We, seniors, like to go out for dinner, in the evening. That's when we went. Now, closing at 2, haven't been back in months, if not more. Today is Sunday. Think they would be open all day, but, no. Still closing at 2. Very sad. Love the food, though, but can't eat there if they aren't open.“

“We attended their 25th anniversary celebration pairings. The food and drinks were beyond delicious. However the best part of the experience are the people. All the employees, led by Jessica and Nikki, made it so much fun. They are real people who go so far out of their way to make sure their diners are well taken care of. Nikki even remembered my husband is allergic to crab and made sure his dishes were crab free. Jessica seems to be everywhere, taking care of everyone at the same time. It's amazing to see. “I found 5 Hungry Howie's boxes of rotten food on my front door step that they delivered to the wrong house from a day ago. There was ants and flies and food all over. I called the store and the manager said there is nothing she can do for me and she would have the owner call. The owner never called. So after calling back 5 hours later the owner says clean your mess up and don't call back and hung up the phone. Don't deal with this business and rude owner. There are plenty of good family run restaurants in Brooksville.“
