“My husband and I just enjoyed dinner there this past Saturday and my goodness!!!.. we were not only blown away by the food, wine and dessert; but the service Kelci provided! The Mullett 3 ways appetizer was incredible. The coconut encrusted mahi with pina colada rice (and don’t even get me started on the crispy scallions!) was DEVINE. To finish off with the PERFECT key lime pie was just…well, perfect! We love Blue Dog, can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go back and truly ask for Kelci; so on it, so sweet, no rushing, helpful etc. everything positive!“

“We go to Ford’s for lunch and dinner during the week because we love the menu and service/. My wife needs gluten free food and this is one of the few places that is committed to keeping the few prep clean so there is no cross contamination. Bri and Kristen answered her questions and addressed her concerns and the manager came out to reinforce Ford’s commitment as well as deliver the food. Our bartenders kept us hydrated and jumped through hoops to make our dining experience excellent. Thanks Kristen and Bri!“

“This has been my husband and I’s favorite restaurant for 5 years now and we take any chance we can to go here. Their crab Rangoon is the best we have ever had and their sushi is amazing. Our daughter loves their orange chicken and kids meals. They even have great cocktails and are reasonably priced.“

“My husband and I came here last night and we had a great time. Hannah was an absolute gem, she happily answered all our questions and recommended good choices off the menu. We had the Hogfather sandwich on sourdough with fries, the chicken tenders tossed with the cilantro, corn, cojita cheese and other spices (they were huge) and we tried the gouda mac and cheese. We weren't too impressed with the mac and cheese but it was good, and the rest of the food was fantastic. My husband also loved their old fashioned.

They had a cover singer was wonderful as well.

We will definitely return if we head back to Ft. Meyers.“

I grew up going to Pete’s Time Out on Fort Myers Beach, went almost every weekend until we no longer could and they had the best breakfast. I am so happy we found Marti’s because it’s just as good, if not better!!! Everyone there is so friendly. Support your local business, it’s worth every penny 🥰“

And the portions on the baked spaghetti could feed 3 people! “Nice place. Our waitress was very attentive, kept our ice tea full and remembered to keep plenty of Splena on the table. I ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad. I am a Cobb Salad fan and order one where ever I go. This one was huge and I mean a 12” plate piled on. All of the individual components were plentiful 5 grilled shrimp on top, tons of cherry tomatoes, a half a pig of bacon, bleu cheese, onions, and the rest were stacked high. Only thing that would have made it better would be chopped greens. I had to get a “kitty bag” for later. Desert was their Banana Bread Pudding with toasted bananas. Again huge could have shared it with 3. Wife ordered Crème Brûlée which she wouldn’t share. Only bump was wife’s entre, Dolphin fish came out topped with tomatoes which she is deathly allergic (not mentioned on the menu) but not to worry, they made her another lickety split. Two entrées, appetizer, ice tea, desert and nice tip came to just under $100 about average for a decent Cape Coral restaurant. Big smiles on this one.????“

The bartenders were awesome—super friendly, attentive, and fast despite the crowd. What really impressed us was the food. For a dive bar, the quality was way above expectations! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and hit the spot.

“Mel’s Diner Cape Corral 3-4-25 Stopped by Mel’s on Monday around 12:30pm. This place was clean, neat, and busy. We got seated right away and Dee Dee was our waitress. I ordered the Western Black Angus Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Corn. My wife and our friend ordered the Mel’s Classic Cheeseburger with Cheese, Lettice, Tomato, Onions, Coleslaw, and Fries. Once our order came out my Chopped Steak was amazing. The Chopped Steak had Onions piled high on the top and lots of Gravy, it was so good. My wife and our friends Burger were done perfectly, and the Fries were just yummy and even the Coleslaw was good. All our food was hot and plenty of it as we had to get a to go box to take some home. Once done we ordered two Milkshakes, one Chocolate and one Strawberry. They were very good if you like old fashion Milkshakes get yourself one for sure. “Being an Eagle member from another state, I know this location has a very open setting and is quite welcoming. Everyone was friendly, we got their before the live music, but the bartender was very helpful in letting us know everything that was happening in the time we were in town.“

“Ok. If I were driving by, which I was would have totally wrote this place off. My brother told me about it and I stopped in when I was next in town. Great atmosphere, great staff, and an owner who really cares about quality of food and service. Prices more than reasonable with healthy serving (Mahi Mahi fish sticks) and live music and plenty of sports.

Great mix of locals and tourists. Nothing fancy but great place to chill and unwind and enjoy great food, atmosphere, and drinks.

These people were wise in firing Kitty Maldonado whom these days continues to ramble over and over like a broken record over other peoples' mistakes, including things that are years in the past and that everyone at all bars is tired of hearing about. Does she not realize how horribly annoying she is to everyone she serves and works for at every single bar, and yet she continues to repeatedly resurrect the same drama, over and over, like a broken record at every single bar she works at, which she has been doing since the Covid pandemic. And Kitty was fired from at least a dozen other bars for rambling over and over like a broken record over other peoples' mistakes. People are tired of hearing about the same mistakes of other people over and over again. Kitty's repeating broken record drama has ruined numerous potential celebrations of Joe Biden's victory and Donald Trump's defeat in the November 2020 election. Donald Trump was the very worst president in American history, many of us were about to celebrate Trump's defeat and multiple impeachments, and Kitty ruined our celebrations with her drama and rambling over and over like a broken record. And to make matters worse, she has a destructive sidekick, Joanna Teresa Unbehaun, adding to the drama. Joanna is in fact reported to have framed a number of students at a high school near Chicago for involvement in the 2001 attacks at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, as well as for a series of bomb threats that occurred in the Chicago metropolitan area during the fourth quarter of that year. Reportedly, Kitty Maldonado was actually supposed to have moved to Atlanta, Georgia or Los Angeles, California back in the fall of 2018. And truthfully, I think Kitty would do well in Los Angeles as I hear a close friend of hers, Deziree, that used to bartend in the South Cape, lives in Los Angeles and is last known bartending somewhere on Wilshire Blvd near Beverly Hills.“
