My burger, positioned on the menu as a premium offering, arrived as a modest quarter-pound patty on a brioche bun. “Aleks Kunov, the regional manager, was especially helpful. We had an expired Ruth’s Chris card issued by our former go-to location in Massachusetts. With the move to Florida 2 years ago, we lost track of the $250 credit. Mr. Kunov was able to restore the credit issued by the other location and let us use it toward our dinner. So many other locations, companies, and managers would have simply said: “Sorry!” We were there with our new neighbors celebrating my wife’s official retirement From the family business after 45+ years! Everyone at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at Coconut Point mall in Bonita Springs, FL went above and beyond to make our evening perfect!“

“It's not a bad spot to pick up your food from. The customer service is excellent and your greeted instantly and assisted once you show up to the counter. I think the truth of the matter is that I'm not overly impressed by the pizza itself, maybe it's the ingredients? I'm not 100% sure. But if you just need a quick bite and want great service this is a good spot to stop at.“
