“Felicia the bartender was very nice and attentive to our every need. Made great recommendations, communication and was very funny! I loved the personal touches at the bar, lighting, nostalgia, beer selection & the food (burgers and fries) was off the chain. I thought the chilled drink runner (?) was the coolest thing ever!!! I will absolutely be back. My wife and I was VERY impressed and will MOST DEFINITELY be back!“

“For my 21rst my boyfriend and I had gone and sat at the bar, the vibe of the place was amazing, good music and fun people! Atmosphere is good energy and nothing less. Our bartender (Trudy) was phenomenal, her energy definitely had a huge positive impact for everyone at the bar, even those not in our party were awesome and friendly towards us. I would 100% recommend for people looking for some good drinks and an even better time!“

“We happened upon the Landing Rooftop by chance - searching for a late night dinner in downtown Melbourne. All we can say is WOW! Quite possibly one of the best meals we’ve had in the 321 area. We started with the Charred Octopus and Crab-cake appetizers. The charred octopus is delicious - completely new preparation than we’ve ever had. Perhaps lightly fried (and I mean very lightly and not breaded) and then sautéed. (Just a guess) - but it seals in the flavor perfectly. It is served over house made hummus which was rich and thick with delicious olives and caper berries (yum!). The crab cake is a large crab cake oozing large chunks of lump crab and little filler - the chayote slaw, sauce and crab cake created a perfect balanced bite. We then shared the Grouper - and this was our favorite. My husband fishes and insists on the Grouper wherever we dine. This one is hands down favorite! The fish is fresh and lightly sautéed /pan seared to a perfect flake. It’s served on top of a lemon orzo - the citrus flavor showcases the fish. The side was my actual favorite - braised fennel! I had never had a whole bulb of fennel but the flavor was delicious. I will be craving this until we dine again. We were able to interact with the restaurant manager (given the late hour he was assisting his team) - truly an engaging personable delight of a human. A great face of the restaurant. Also met the executive chef - Chef Alexis V Martinez. His resume speaks for itself (on top of being classically French trained - and alumnus of the CIA). This should be a restaurant destination - not only for hotel guests but the 321 area in general. The bar area was quite lively yet refined - and the drink menu appeared delicious . We look forward to our next visit …“

“Ebb & Flow Element Melbourne Oceanfront Hotel 2655 N. Hwy. AIA Melbourne, FL 32903 3.5 Stars Well, butter my buns and call me a biscuit! I thought for sure I was done with Brevard, but we have a few more to get to before we skedaddle out of these here parts. This one is for the restaurant located in the new hotel built on the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Oceanfront, specifically the Element Melbourne Oceanfront by Marriott. I do not put much stock in hotel food, based on my own experience. They have you trapped and know it. This is the same reason a bottle of water will cost you $ 5 in an amusement park and $ 2 at a 7-11. Now that the parking lot is gone, everyone must use valet parking; however, if you are dining and not a hotel guest, there is no charge. Before delving into the grub, I have to mention the server, Jonah was outstanding in every way a server should. I am batting a thousand since my return, and life is good. I asked Jonah for one Dragon bowl and one Birria Beef Dip Sandwich. Whatever you do, do NOT look at their website for a valid representation of their food. You will be catfished. When Jonah returned with my order, I snapped the prerequisite photos and sat aghast. The fish in the Dragon Bowl looked to be at least seven years old. However, it did not have the smell one would expect to find wafting off of a fish that had been sitting around for seven years. I found that it is the sauce that gives it that look. It consists of ahi tuna, sushi-grade salmon, spicy krab salad, sushi rice, shaved black radish, edamame, avocado and wakame. This was quite tasty on the palate. The rice was fluffy, fun and as good as you will find in any sushi joint. The edamame was also excellent. I found the Birria Beef Dip Sandwich to have a similar visual appeal to the fish bowl. It was also surprisingly edible and lip-smackingly scrumptious, just like the aforementioned Dragon dish. This thing looked like an escapee from the microwave oven and was bursting with flavor, with zero bad aftertaste (which, upon inspection, one kind of expects). The garlic and herb vegetable chips that accompanied the sammich were fresh, crispy and delightful. The Big Boy says, “The view is spectacular, Jonah is awesome and the food is slightly above average. Enjoy!”“
