Absolutely loved the Runway Rooftop!! The experience was elevated by our friendly waitress. Christina was above and beyond amazing!!
Our server Christina is the best! When we come back to Melbourne we will definitely come back to stay at the Hyatt and enjoy the vibe at the Runway Rooftop

The Runway Rooftop Bar & Grill has a lively ambience with an amazing view of the airport. The food is delicious and filling, with options such as crab cakes, Ahi Tuna burger, and BBQ flatbread. The service is great, even when packed, with staff being attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is laid back with great views of the runway and live music occasions. The rooftop view of the airport with take offs and landings is a unique experience. The staff, including the bartender and manager, make sure guests feel welcomed and have a great time. The food options may be limited, but the atmosphere and service make up for it. The restaurant is a great place for a quick bite to eat or a special occasion, with fantastic views and a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it's a great experience with great food, great drinks, and one of the coolest views in the city.
