“The prices are so cheap honestly I can’t believe how cheap they are! Great option for people who are struggling and still want cultural vietnamese food. The waiters serving there were so interesting, something must have made them feel a certain way. The atmosphere was genuinely terrific, crazy cool, with tons of people doing different things, from okay to mindblowing. The food was great (although I was a tad bit disappointed to find black hairs sticking out of my pho, someone needed to give the waiter a brush or a hairwash). I even asked the lady waiter (her name is Tina we go way back to when erica would sleep at her house) what made her get this job and she said the manager and another man waiter. Honestly the vibes are cool“

“I had the fried oysters and spicey beef soup. They were both very good. The oysters were cooked perfectly. Soft and fluffy, not rubbery. I would definitely recommend.“

“Listen, I don’t hand out “legendary” lightly, but Pho Cali absolutely earned it.
I started with the Khai Vi Dac Biet appetizer platter, which showed up looking innocent enough until the first bite. The spring rolls were fresh, bright, and packed with flavor, and the fried egg rolls were so perfectly crispy they practically shattered in the best possible way.
Then the Bun Dac Biet arrived… and that’s when things got serious.
Grilled pork with that smoky char, sausage, meatballs, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, scallion oil—basically a bowl of organized delicious chaos. Every bite had something different going on. Light, fresh, savory, a little sweet, a little tangy. Whoever engineered that bowl understood the assignment.
Now here’s where things escalated.
They have this house garlic chili sauce that could probably heat a small New York apartment building. I mixed it into the peanut sauce and started dipping the spring rolls in it, and suddenly I understood why people get obsessed with Vietnamese food.
Cold Singha beer, sunlight coming through the windows, and a bowl of noodles that had no business being that good.
Honestly, the only downside was eventually finishing the meal and realizing I couldn’t order the entire menu without embarrassing myself.
If you’re anywhere near Melbourne and like food that actually tastes alive, Pho Cali is absolutely worth the stop.
10/10 would happily destroy another bowl of bún here again.“

“My husband and I “discovered” bahn mi this year while visiting California. We’ve tried it at about six or more places since from coast to coast and even up in Western New York. We were over at HomeGoods last night and came across Paris Bahn Mi by accident. We ordered the pork bahn mi and the combination pho. The sandwich may have been our favorite bahn mi so far! The bread was super fresh and the amount of pork was exceptional, flavors were excellent. Be aware that the jalapeños were not playing! 🥵 The pho was also very good!“

“Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went last night for the first time and ordered the Chicken Banh Mi, spring rolls, Boba tea, and milk tea. It was delicious. We moved to Melbourne, FL from Ohio and were looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant and we found it!! The owners were super friendly too!! Thank you!!“

“Piping hot always fresh Phô served with a smile. They keep the tables clean. We love and swear by Phô Viet. I had their Beef Stew for a change and it is superior in all respects and the beef and vegetables were soft telling me that it was cooked with care. We all love Phô Viet with a manager always present. What a great place to eat Vietnamese food. If I had one wish I'd hire a Bus Boy to clear the tables of the dishes so that our server's hands don't have the prior customer's germs on their hands.“

“Absolutely fantastic I moved within the past year and I used to have a go to pho place and since I've moved until eating at this restaurant I haven't found my new one this place is amazing and the food was hot and fresh and delicious
Also one of the people in my party has a service dog and they didn't say anything about her which is appreciated since me and that person have been challenged about the dog before but this place seemed good with her ( NOTE : service animals and therapy animals are two completely different things so please do your research)“

“WOW is all I can say. So glad we have a Pho / Thai inspired restaurant here in downtown Melbourne. However, taste is way above average while prices are very reasonable. Just found my new regular location for client and vendor meetings or any other excuse I can come up with to enjoy this amazing food!“
