“I live here in Miami Beach and I’m always visiting different spots around South Beach, so I’ve had the chance to try a lot of cafés, restaurants, and boba shops. After hearing so much about Miu’s Tea — especially all the hype with people saying “Musty this, Musty that” — I finally decided to give it a try, and I have to say it really stands out from the rest.

The shop itself has a modern, clean look and a cozy atmosphere, which makes it more inviting than just a quick grab-and-go place. It’s the kind of spot where you actually want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your drink, whether you’re taking a break from the beach or just walking around the area. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick, which is always a big plus when South Beach gets crowded.

Now, the drinks are where Miu’s really shines. The boba pearls are some of the best I’ve had — fresh, soft, chewy, and warm, which makes a big difference. I like trying different flavors wherever I go, and here I really enjoyed several of their most popular ones. The Strawberry Green Tea, Passionfruit Green Tea, and Lychee Green Tea are all super refreshing and perfect for a hot Miami day. If you’re in the mood for something more rich and creamy, the Thai Tea is a must, and the Honey Milk Tea with black boba has become one of my personal favorites. On my next visit, I want to try the Miu’s Milk Tea and some of their specialty lattes like the Matcha Latte and Roasted Oolong Latte, since a lot of people recommend those too.

As someone who’s local and goes out often to explore new places, I can honestly say Miu’s Tea is one of the better boba spots in South Beach. Between the variety of drinks, the consistency in quality, and the relaxing vibe, it’s a place I’ll definitely be coming back to. If you’re visiting or even if you’re local like me, this is one of those spots you’ll want to add to your list.“

February 12, 2026. It was that night and that very question that would lead us to Midtown Boba, to Troy and eventually Anna, and forever change our existence.

We were exhausted. We were parched (pickleball will do that to you). It was a time in the evening in which almost every other boba shop owner was already home with their families, enjoying the very sweet relief and comfort we were longing for in a refreshing cup of boba tea. Julianna, Sofie and I desperately searched maps for a boba tea shop; as the words “now closed” repeated over and over again upon my phone screen, hope began to fade. Until- like a messenger sent from heaven- midtown boba appeared. A glimmer of hope resurfaced as we set our sights to obtain our refreshments from this shop.

The first promising sign- a free parking lot in downtown Brickell. Sighs of relief filled the car as we realized we wouldn’t have to endure the painstaking process of finding and paying for street parking in this bustling area of town.

As we approached this humble storefront, what stood before us boasted everything you would want in a small tea shop- elegant, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. A young man named Troy manned the counter.

Troy immediately welcomed us with a warm smile and greeting, breaking down any barriers of social awkwardness and inviting a sense of belonging. Troy provided excellent recommendations and made our drinks with both intention and efficiency! They tasted exquisite, and just as satisfying as the tea was the customer service and experience with Troy! We went to sleep that night dreaming of the next time the occasion called for an excursion to Midtown Boba!

Approximately 1 week later we returned with another friend, Kacey. We simply could not refrain from sharing this wonderful experience with another person. We prayed we’d see Troy again; receiving such an amazing customer experience from someone else was unfathomable. What a delight to say I was wrong!

Enter: Anna. Anna’s amiable disposition greeted us from the moment we walked in, dissolving any disappointment that we could not see Troy this time around. The conversations exchanged with Anna were immaculate, especially between her and our Midtown Boba newcomer Kacey. This wasn’t just a cold, mechanical transaction. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Of course, the boba prepared by Anna remained its flawless quality, bringing us the maximum satisfaction a drink could bring to any human.

Needless to say, I highly recommend Midtown Boba. Not just for a treat that will bring fleeting pleasure, but for the genuine human connection and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Troy and thank you Anna for giving us such a gift.“

“I ordered the spicy dry ramen and milk tea on door dash. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the milk tea which they forgot with my order which is in my opinion a poor mistake for the name to be a tea bar yet they didn’t give me the tea. As for the noodles they were incredibly tasty high quality ingredients used with perfect amount of spice. They remind me of yakisoba ramen noodles honestly which is a good flavor. The chicken was a bit dry but not terrible. As for noodles I would order again but maybe I’ll have to come in person to receive my drink.“

The dumplings and their burger were delicious… but to me, their star is the bao buns! I could eat them non stop! They have a great sauce selection, and their customer service is top tier.

“Had a great experience at Dumpling King yesterday night february 01, 2024 for my birthday is the 3rd time i been there with my husband.The food and dumplings were great along with a bubble tea drink, but most of all the young new waitress that was there i never saw her before, was the best so kind and helped me in everything she is really fast i loved that i want her to serve me next time , it was full of people and she manage with everyone alone in a beautiful manner and respect and nice smile. thats the attitude we want in a restaurant. the other the cashier a bald one it was ok but he needs more nice attitude . “Five stars because I order here pretty consistently and the food never misses! My go-to order is the tofu or chicken lo mein. Their veggie egg rolls are also one of my favorites. The price is great for the portion size and it is so flavorful and delicious!
