“Waiter service was excellent. The entrance staff lady was cold and unfriendly. We arrived 20 mins early, but rather than seat us, she curtly told us to return at our exact reservation time. If all tables were full, I understand. However, we were the only occupants of several empty tables in our section. In fact, most of the tables inside were empty that evening, which begs the question, why turn paying customers away early when there are plenty of open tables? Maybe she was just having a bad day. I was very impressed with a follow up e-mail thanking us for our visit.“

“Ordered chicken and pork empanadas for starter. Bellini with peach was amazing. Three sliders entree gives you the flavors of their tender and juicy meats with plantain fries. Can't miss with ropa vieja tender with a little crisp. Finished it off with mango cake. The entire lunch, atmosphere, music and staff exceeded our expectations! Definitely recommend the Miami Beach location. Sit close to the street for additional and unexpected treats.“

I visited The Nautilus caban pool last weekend and was blown away by the incredible atmosphere, top-notch service, and fantastic DJ music. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest had everything they needed. Whether it was refreshing drinks, comfortable loungers, or quick towel service, the team went above and beyond to ensure a perfect day by the pool.

“After a lot of walking and wanting to find a local spot for empanadas, Google brought me here and then I saw the roast pork being ordered so I got in the sandwich form a real cubano , and the Inca Kola was highly recommended a real Peruvian drink very similar to champagne cola. Both definitely a must and I'll be back one more time before I leave. The employees are a treat as well!“

The Mexican food here is top-notch, especially the oysters and tuna tartare. Drinks were great with a solid selection of cocktails. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
