“This is a true gem, you can tell by not just the great taste of interior design but the will not to spare in it. I personally love the work of Eduardo Suárez, the guy behind the forever missed “Tigre” restaurant.

This investment of energy and creativity gives you a lot of information about what the true intention of developing a restaurant is, which is more than just a place to sit and eat, it’s an atmosphere and all the senses must be stimulated, to be present. The food and service were great, and I know this place is more into breakfast and brunch, but at night is a special treat too.“

“Very nice chill date night restaurant on Sunday following our weekend in Miami. Vibes were chill laid back yet romantic and simple. Food was very good without all the fire and loud music, we’d experienced everywhere else we’d gone. “I read all the reviews before going, so I could be prepared. Let me start by saying, if you enjoy fine dining frequently, my review isn't for you. If this experience is a treat for you, read on.

The food was a 10/10. We got the scallops (omg amazing), beef wellington (equally amazing) and salmon (could have been better, not the best I've had). Everything, except thr salmon, was the best food I've ever had.

The staff is on point. Constantly checking in, but not enough to be annoying. My water was always full, food came promptly and even though it was put in at the same time, appetizer and main fish came at different times. I was impressed with the level of attention they showed from clearing our dishes immediately, someone else coming and wiping thr table down immediately after, to the genuine feeling that these people care.

Maybe this is standard for fine dining, but again, this was a treat for us and not something we do often.

Based on another review, I was already prepared to eat upstairs, away from the kitchen because we didn't purchase "VIP." However, we sat right in front of the kitchen. What a treat! We enjoyed watching the chefs work.

Expect to pay about $150 per person. It sounds high, but is worth it. The decor was amazing. I appreciated the little details like the logo on the back of the chairs, the napkins and on the light fixtures.

This has been a bucket list item for me since I was a kid. I thought my "hype" about the experience would be too high but the experience exceeded expectations.

Oh and valet parking was less than $30 and well worth it when you are in downtown Miami. They even allowed us to walk around downtown before retrieving our car.

I will absolutely be visiting other locations and encourage you to check it out. The visit made our night!“

“I ordered the Signature Bowl that came with a buy 1 get 1 option. I realized after ordering that because both of them came with chicken that my vegetarian guest wouldn’t be able to it. I called Bolay Brickell and Diana went above and beyond to assist me with the order to ensure my vegetarian guest could have dinner. She was so sweet and kind, it was genuinely the best service/hospitality exchange I’ve had on the phone with absolutely no issues and she was genuinely happy to accommodate. “Was staying in the hotel upstairs and while the hotel was not great, I was pleasantly surprised by the Biscayne Tavern. On night one I stopped in for drinks and was served by Maylin, who was an absolute delight and gave top tier friendly service. I decided to go back for dinner the next night and was served by Tomas. Another amazing night of service, plus the good is very, very good! I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches of my life (I used to live in Miami, I've had many) and I highly recommend the nachos, which are Cuban/Miami style and have plantain chips in place of tortillas. Give Biscayne Tavern a shot, it's low key in the best way and please give Maylin and Tomas all your love, they deserve it!“

Unfortunately our server was inattentive, didn't refill our waters and seemed to rush us towards the end by trying to take our plates while we were still eating. Also we couldn't reserve a table in the back patio which I heard has a much nicer ambience.“

“This is a 5-Star restaurant in an airport! Exquisite fine-dining in a beautiful upscale setting with panoramic view of the Miami skyline. My mahi-mahi was perfectly grilled and artistically presented with a variety of roasted vegetables. Delicious! Our waitress Denise attended to our every request, AND she anticipated what we would like and served extra drinks and condiments with her warm, friendly personality. What a perfect way to relax and enjoy yourself before or after a long, stressful flight!“
