“We were walking to another restaurant when suddenly we smelled the most delicious smell. It smelled so good we decided to skip the restaurant we were going to and eat here. Boy are we glad we did. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Prices were reasonable too. I had the bandeja monimbo.“

“I was able to indulge in their 3 day juice cleanse! What a gift to my body. I did incorporate a gentle cleanse before hand; eliminating processed foods, dairy and carbs. The first day was definitely the toughest. Although it’s all in our mind! After the 3 days, I slowly started with broths, soups and smoothies. I can feel the benefit of incorporating this every year or even every 6 months!

The glow up and beetle juice are by far my favorites taste wise!

“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“My husband and I were in the mood for acai. We found this place very close to our house. Christian attended to us when we arrive. He recommended the Ultimate acai which was AMAZING. My husband got the ya tu sabes bowl. The acai here is creamy and delicious . You can tell it isn't mixed with additives. Toppings were fresh even at 830pm. We were happy we went there for a healthy light dinner. They have many other healthy options including protein packed flatbreads. We will be going back to try those out. There are a lot of bougie smoothie spots in Miami, but keep in mind, this place is a true hole-in-the-wall. And honestly, it’s by far one of the best smoothie shops I’ve been to in the city.
