While the food at this place is undeniably delicious, the repeated errors in fulfilling orders have become a persistent issue. Despite being a regular customer, every order over the past year or so has been marred by missing items or, in today's case, a complete mix-up of orders. I've tried reaching out directly to bring attention to these problems, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any improvement.
