“Not sure why all the bad reviews. Coming from a chipotle enthusiast this is by far my favorite spot in the neighborhood. Compared to the other 7 locations within 3 miles from me, none of them compare. Employees are always doing a great job. Place is spotless every time I go. (2x a week). The food quality is there. For someone who eats chipotle at least every single week and have been to many different locations. I promise you I’ve never went out of my way to write a good review, but this place deserves it, especially seeing such low rating. Whoever the manager is keep up the great work & know that you’re killing it. This place deserves an average of 4.5 stars minimum.“
“Chipotle delivers consistently fresh and customizable Tex-Mex meals at a fast-casual pace. The build-your-own format lets you choose from burritos, bowls, tacos, or salads, with a variety of proteins like grilled chicken, barbacoa, and sofritas (great for vegetarians), in my case I can build my Keto friendly bowl without a fuzz for a very affordable price. Ingredients like cilantro-lime rice, black beans, and their signature guacamole are flavorful and well-prepared. Service is usually quick, though peak hours can bring a short wait, but I work about two miles away so I order thru the website for pick up“
“fast service as always, good and fresh food. FYI - they charge you for each extra side you order here unlike most chipotles ive visited. I saw someone complaining about it and they could care less.
Management Advice- sometimes its just better to give out something for free then to fight with a customer for a side that costs the employees nothing. Its a bad look“
“🥤🌯🫔🌮🥬🍅 Chipotle Mexican Grill with a super friendly staff and quick turnaround on orders. Honestly, other Chipotle locations should take a page out of this one’s playbook when it comes to staff warmth and efficiency behind the line. That said, the ordered items were a bit lighter in portion compared to other locations, and the chips were borderline stale. Still, the genuinely warm reception and upbeat service almost make up for those shortcomings — service like that goes a long way. 🌟“
“Came in for a quick bite holiday rush on a Saturday there were two young people upfront working alone that did an incredible job with a smile. Despite the fact that was a long line and they were handling the register and the food alone big shout out to them. I’m going back in to get their names

“Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.“
“Wow!!! Just wow!! I walked into chipotle after not having it for over 2 years.. was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager. She had such a warm welcoming aura and made me feel so welcome to be at her restaurant. The service I got at this establishment was so refreshing. I felt like I was at home. Clean dining room, clean restrooms, overall amazing experience. The portion sizes were bigger than expected and I left excited about my next visit. I asked for the managers name, her name was Natalie. I hope she’s working when I go in next, she is truly dedicated to quality!“

I can genuinely say it's my favorite one!The moment I step foot inside, I'm greeted with genuine kindness, courtesy of the same woman who always welcomes me with a smile. She immediately knows whether I'm dining in or opting for takeout, which makes me feel valued as a regular customer. What truly warms my heart is that she remembers my order every time, and it's evident that she pays attention to her patrons.As I proceed down the line, the second woman, who prepares my veggies, never fails to inquire about my well-being and how my son is doing. It's the personal touch like this that sets this Chipotle apart from the rest. “We have patronized this Chipotle for more than 10 years.
They have a new hire who works the cash register. To say this person is lacking in customer service skills is an understatement. I've had 2 dealings with them. The last time, I filed a formal complaint with Corporate as the manager supposedly was not available.
We now don't eat at Chipotle as often, and when we do, I drive another 30 minutes farther to go to another one.“
“My experience there was good and my bowl was made to perfection. And the guy who fix my bowl gave me a good portion and his customer service was on point. A short guy who was washing dishes and then came to fix my bowl. Honestly the rating and some of these reviews are just entitled customers who thinks the world revolves around them. You want extras you have to pay for it .That’s a business and the business have to make money . It don’t stay up and running from air ,Then when things don’t go their way smh… people want to leave bad reviews sad world. And yes some of these workers do have bad attitude and bad customer service…but I don’t let it stop me from getting my chipotle…“
“When we first ever visit USA and we came to chipotle it was my favourite fast-food there. We came back after 6 years and first what we order was food from chipotle 🙈 I just love it. They have vegan/vegeterian option and everywhere they have nutritional values so dont worry if you are counting calories 😄 Food is really great there.“

“Great setting, clean establishment, food was fresh. I visit Chipotle's at least 2-3 times a week and this location deserved this review. Well done, and the had their entire team working together for fast service even when the line was out the door !
I will be returning to this location.“
