This is my first time trying this ice cream place and we came on a Sunday and there was only one person working making ice creams and being cashier. The employee worked hard but I suggest having another person and extra hand to help move the lines. One person is not enough when you have to refill the machines. Lots of tourists and locals But service was super slow. People were walking out. People were waiting to pay. There was even a customer he came to pickup a huge sheet cake and the bakery had no box. The guy had to take it to Ft. Lauderdale without a box? Are you guys serious? How do you guys not have a box for such a huge cake order? The cashier was busy helping fill orders thus the line of people waiting to pay. You must improve this. I thought you should know.“
