“The food this always hot and fresh. But the service is another issue. It seems like they cater to the drive thru more than walk ins. I waited for 5-7minutes before I was served and that was only because I had to say something. No one acknowledged my presence. No one said "someone will be right with you."When I did say something the manager finally popped up. The other 5 workers could have cared less. The manager was friendly enough and was helpful.But you run a risk these days of speaking up in a food service establishments. They could do indecent things to your food.Just because you are a fast food establishment in a minority neighborhood doesn't mean the people shouldn't get good service.“
“They have the best fast food chicken there is! So I tried something different this time. I got the spicy flounder sandwich, surf and turf box and chicken nuggets. I didn't think the sandwich was going to be good but it was. Try the sandwich you will be amazed. I was amazed a chicken place made a good fish sandwich. The surf and turf box came with 2 chicken strips, 4 shrimp, biscuit, side(Mac n cheese) and drink( frozen strawberry lemonade. When I opened the surf and turf box I felt it needed to be double. But when I was done eating I was full. I had to eat the chicken nuggets later. The box had just the right portions of food after all. The frozen strawberry lemonade was sooooo great!!!! I really hope they keep that. They no longer have the hottie sauce so I went with the bayou sauce. It wasn't the hottie but it was good. Bring back the hottie sauce and Cajun rice please!“
“I used to go to Popeyes in Springs. After stopping into this Popeyes I'm hooked. The customer service people greeted you, served you with a smile, and the meal was hot and delicious. “My popeyes chicken was good today. I had the big box for $6.99. I had a breast and a wing (they were nice sizes today), along with red beans & rice and mac & cheese. The mac & cheese were a little dry, but not dryer than the biscuit, lol. Other than that, I would recommend this popeyes location to others?“
“You can try fancy fried chicken in some expensive restaurant, you can try Nashville hot chicken, you can make your own Freud chicken, but none of them, NONE OF THEM, beat your simply done, delicious, piping hot (heat) chicken from Popeyes! Save yourself some time and just go to Popeyes first!“
“Had a first bad impression getting there because some customers in the area can be nasty and throw food in the parking lot. But staff inside are attentive and friendly. The manager, Ms. Germaine was very nice and on point with everything. She gave a good vibe to the place. The food was all very fresh and warm. Had to compliment because it's a big improvement from my last experience at a popeyes.“
