“This has to be the best Popeyes in all the nation and this is no joke. The new franchise owner really turned the place around. People always go to popeyes and accept the service because its great chicken. But this location had the speed and efficiency of the first McDonalds! I order my food what ever it is and it comes out in less than 2 minutes! Same great Popeyes served in record speed. Great job all around i wish this place much business!“

“I love this Popeyes. Been going to this Popeyes for yrs. I'm not sure why so many complains about this Popeyes. I really never had a problem. Yes, sometimes the pieces are small, happened to me before but I sure make sure tell them that last time y'all gave me baby chicken and I want some adult chicken, lol. I just tell them in a joke , y'all gave me chicken like those chickens on a diet and maybe a good thing too. If the chicken is small means there are no hormones in the chicken, saving you from sicknesses later in life. Y'all rather have those chickens with hormones.. Popeyes trying to save you from your future , lol. Where I'm coming from , in my country these chickens are small, because they don't give them hormones. Y'all like that hormone chicken. Not me. I love Popeyes chicken and they always busy meaning is a good thing. Their chicken is always fresh. Love them“

“As most Popeyes the food is good. Always just right and quick. This location is not the easiest to enter on a tight corner but worth the squeeze in. They are helpful with your selection, with fast service.

“Back of kitchen and drive thru cashier argumentative. Messed up my order and argued with me when I kindly asked to have it corrected. Drive thru cashier inaccurately claimed the item I ordered couldn't be customized therefore I went in the app and did it myself to avoid driving to another location“

Today I want to share my recent experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

Let me begin by saying that the employees were fantastic—professional, kind, and doing the best they can. My concern is not with them.

My issue is with shrinkflation—and at this point, I’m not even sure the word fully captures what Popeyes is serving. For a restaurant chain that began in one of the lowest-income states in the country, an area shaped by poverty and struggle, you would think they would understand the importance of giving customers real value for their money.

If you look at my photos, the pieces of chicken—drumsticks and thighs—fit entirely in the palm of my hand. That is unacceptable. Americans helped build the Popeyes empire, and in return, nothing about the food should be shrinking.

This is a disappointing moment for customers nationwide, and Popeyes needs to do far better with their meals, their sides, and especially their so-called $20 “family meal.” What kind of family does Popeyes think we’re feeding? No one can reasonably eat this and walk away satisfied.“

“Food is always great. Can't five a five star because the wiat time even when ordering in advance is terrible not to mention the customer service is terrible. Most of the employees there are extremely rude or sho no sense of urgency. They serve you when they feel like it. Why do I keep going back? Well like I said the food and Ice tea are great and they are the closest one to me“

The first time in a long time I truly felt good going to Popeyes at 5534 NW 7th Ave. The cashier, Ms. Onicat, was on point today—professional, attentive, and made sure my order was correct. Her positive attitude and customer service really stood out and made the experience enjoyable.“

“I was at Dadeland Mall and got hungry. I thought to come to the dining hall to have a chicken sandwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, a biscuit and a mango lemonade. It was made fairly quickly. Everything was delicious and filling. This is a great option if you get hungry while shopping.“
