“Doing a quick morning exercise and ran to this Starbucks rather than drive to burn off the extra calories. Since I only live a few miles away it's a perfect half way point. The staff was courteous and the order was done in no time. We took a quick break and then got back to the workout. Nice spot; it's quiet, chill and roomy (as are all Starbucks).“

“Coffee here is superb. It seems richer and more full-bodied and is always quickly delivered and hot!
The staff works in an efficient, well choreographed manner that delivers on all levels.
I love the personable, friendly baristas who are never frazzled but always fun. Big hug to Clarence for his snappy, delightful humor, and the cute young guy with a big smile who also works so hard to get it done and make sure that the customers are happy, too.

And I feel it’s my duty as someone who use to work for Starbucks and now I’m a server bar tender at another restaurant. And I use to work for The Kendall Drive Bakery Location and I use to work for this very same drive through during the pandemic when you guys where understaffed and asked me if I wanted to help out.
I got sent home from work and did a mobile order, cause I had to file a police report on a guy who got out of his car and called me a immigrant ( also being Hispanic) and punched my car and tried to intimidate me. And that built up anxiety and sadness none of my food from last night or this morning digested properly I felt heavy dizzy nausea and bad. So even coming here to make myself feel better before I go home after crying in front of a manager. Even debating with my manager about a guest that complained but had everything they wanted it only took long because they wanted to occupy a seat that was already taken.
Bari really recognized me and kinda forced me out my shell by saying hi even when I was trying to just walk in with anxiety and dip.
But typing this now I teared up cause it was just so refreshing after even sometimes trying to get to the Starbucks parking lot and running the stop signs and trying to deem you a idiot could be stressful probably for even you guys getting to work.

Thank you sometimes a simple hi and human kindness can brighten someone’s day.
As a server myself at a high class restaurant her awareness, memorization of my order, her smile, her effort was amazing.

“Shannon at the drive thru today was extremely professional and had a big smile helped me with care and diligence ensuring my order was to my satisfaction all this while being friendly and fast truly enjoy this location on US1 between 144 & 152. “A very different Starbucks than I am used to. Strictly a "to go" venue. No tables, no seats, no bathrooms. But very efficient service. Big screen for who's next, pick up orders ready or being made. But big volume from office workers and locals.

“Whenever I go to Starbucks I always get the strawberry acai with lemonade no inclusions and it is always good. Here it wasbgood but really sweet. Honestly I don't mind it was really good. The sausage egg and cheese took long to make, and we payed for two when we wanted one. Other than that everything was really good. “Very friendly staff, they speak Spanish, there is a lot of space, in the ten days that my vacation stay lasted, I always saw free tables. At the car window service they are very quick to respond. It has good parking, and we always find a place.

You can enjoy the lobby of the Intercontinental Hotel while you catch a cold, it's like being in an oasis in the middle of the desert. “On our way from Miami to Key West, we were looking for a quick breakfast stop to save time and decided on Starbucks. It turned out to be a great choice for a convenient and satisfying meal.

The location had plenty of parking space, so we easily found a spot and headed inside. As we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and festive atmosphere. The store was beautifully decorated with Christmas-themed decorations.

For breakfast, we ordered a variety of items, including Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich, Egg Bites, and Sausage Cheddar Egg Sandwich, along with our favorite coffee options. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt--our food and drinks were ready in no time.

The food did not disappoint. The sandwiches and egg bites were delicious and perfectly prepared, making for a great start to the day. The standout item was the newly introduced Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich, which was not only flavorful but also hearty and satisfying. Everyone in our group loved it and agreed it was the highlight of the meal.

“During our shopping trip to the Dolphin Mall, we stopped for a pick-me-up at Starbucks. Our coffees and tea were delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that they upcharged me without my permission. I asked for a tall drink but got charged for a grande. I know the baristas are told to do this by the managers/owners, but I feel like I don't want to support this practice by continuing to stop here. I probably should have gone back and said something when I noticed the issue. It's happened before that I was asked if I wanted a larger size when I had asked for a tall drink, but this was the first time my original order was disregarded and changed to a larger one. “Place always seems to have a line - employees are often scrambling alone and mobile orders are given priority over people patiently waiting in line. Seems like in-person clients should be given priority/mobile orders paused if one employee is going to take a break and leaving only one barista manning the cashier and the drinks. I’ve seen many a client just leave after waiting an interminable amount of time or myself choosing not to order as I’m deterred by the long lines.“

Parking is the only thing that MAY be an issue as the mall is undergoing construction/renovation however there are plenty of parking spaces on the opposite side of the mall if you don't mind walking a little. I totally recommend this location, I come here often and the staff is extremely nice and their food goes over the top!“

I was there extra early for my flight and upon finding a seat near the Starbucks noticed that the lines for this place were crazy long all day. And not at the fault of the employees, it's just every plane coming in, or going out from this Delta Airline wing of the airport were feeding people into this line as it's the only coffee place around. These 2 ladies held their composure, were always polite, and never let their overly busy job and impossible task affect them in any way.
