“I came to this location foe an afternoon iced tea. The service i received from Luigi and Madison was absolutely top notch. They were friendly and very professional. They greeted me with a welcoming smile and upbeat attitude! The store is very well maintained, very clean! I would give 10 stars if there was an option. The food and drinks arw the best of any starbucks i have visited.“

“Such a friendly team works here, plus they make the best drinks! Sometimes there will be a wait but it’s because it’s so good and the only location in the area. Be kind to the responsive staff, they have to make orders for in house guests & to go orders.“

“Unexpectedly, stopped by this Starbucks to get last minute meeting done.. was immediately greeted by the staff and the store is bright and very open, plenty of tables inside and outside, definitely coming back to stay productive here.

My order was taken by Camila and then also delivered at the table, such a nice thing to do, it feels that its not about the coffee but the comfort and showing that they care about their clientele.

This barista Camila should in a Management position, was keen to detail and gratifying to get service from her.
Highly recommend this Starbucks to local and non-local neighbors!

“I have been going to this Starbucks since my freshman year of high school. Ever since, I’ve been able to relax after swim practice or a hard day. I always wait there for the time to go home or to go to work. However, specifically, there is this one young lady who works there who has been so kind to me over the years. She has this luscious brown hair that’s often in braids with the green Starbucks hat over it. Her welcoming warmth is something I look forward to whenever I walk in. She always waves at me with the brightest smile, welcoming words. Whenever I come in with an outfit or new hair or even simply in my worst physical appearance, she presents herself with grace and patience. I will admit, when I don’t see her working that day, I frown a bit. But the food is also scrumptious. Many of the staff members know me considering I’m a regular, as well as know my order by heart. This place is my favorite place to rest and be myself. I thank all of you and look forward to seeing you guys again!“

“I am not a coffee drinker so, I love the Starbucks Hot Chia Latte with oat milk and an extra pump or 2 of chia. It gives me that warm and cozy feeling.
The cold version is equally as good and is a cool refresher on a hot day.
I recommend trying as a coffee alternative

“This Starbucks had the nicest employees. I travel for work and see alot of different Starbucks teams. This one is by far had the best people working. The two ladies who took my order and made my drink were kind and engaged more than any other store I've been into in Florida. Wonderful experience.“

“I was irritated with the first cashier because she made me drive all the way around the drive through just to add a spinach egg white wrap. As I did I asked for the corporate number. The cashier stated they don’t have one. I then had to ask for a manager twice. Luckily “LUZ”, the manager, was there quickly with a huge smile and was ready to help. She explained that that usually does not happen and asked if there was anything she could do to make my visit better. I told her no just because she had such a great attitude and helpful spirit I was completely fine. The matcha was right on point and the wrap was amazing and hot. I wanna say thanks LUZ. “Very friendly staff, they speak Spanish, there is a lot of space, in the ten days that my vacation stay lasted, I always saw free tables. At the car window service they are very quick to respond. It has good parking, and we always find a place.

And I feel it’s my duty as someone who use to work for Starbucks and now I’m a server bar tender at another restaurant. And I use to work for The Kendall Drive Bakery Location and I use to work for this very same drive through during the pandemic when you guys where understaffed and asked me if I wanted to help out.
I got sent home from work and did a mobile order, cause I had to file a police report on a guy who got out of his car and called me a immigrant ( also being Hispanic) and punched my car and tried to intimidate me. And that built up anxiety and sadness none of my food from last night or this morning digested properly I felt heavy dizzy nausea and bad. So even coming here to make myself feel better before I go home after crying in front of a manager. Even debating with my manager about a guest that complained but had everything they wanted it only took long because they wanted to occupy a seat that was already taken.
Bari really recognized me and kinda forced me out my shell by saying hi even when I was trying to just walk in with anxiety and dip.
But typing this now I teared up cause it was just so refreshing after even sometimes trying to get to the Starbucks parking lot and running the stop signs and trying to deem you a idiot could be stressful probably for even you guys getting to work.

Thank you sometimes a simple hi and human kindness can brighten someone’s day.
As a server myself at a high class restaurant her awareness, memorization of my order, her smile, her effort was amazing.

“My AM coffee is always fresh, hot, delicious at this Starbucks. Other Starbucks? Not so much.
The staff here is friendly and gracious, and the service is immediate--even when crowded.
The surroundings are clean, and the background music thoughtful and original.
Special thanks to the new guy, Moises, who shares the lovely manners exhibited by all the other baristas. Whoever is running this store knows exactly how to hire and train and maintain.

We saw the negative reviews and almost kept driving to the next one but ultimately decided to stop here. I ordered a Matcha Latte with almond coconut milk and white chocolate foam (yes, that combo is chef’s kiss), and it was hands-down one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had anywhere, smooth, not too sweet, and the white chocolate foam gave it this creamy, slightly indulgent finish that made my morning.

What really makes this location stand out though is the exceptional service. Adriana and her team are incredible, super friendly, fast, and genuinely make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. I’ve been to a few other Starbucks in the area, but honestly? This one is on another level. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or want a place to sit and chill for a bit, this is the go-to spot in Brickell. Place could be a little bigger to accommodate everyone, but it is impecable.

“This location is very busy for pickup and drive through. Expect to wait for the drive through during peak hours and expect to block traffic as well. The staff at the location work hard and their attitudes and work ethic help the location that’s for sure. This is a clanging location and the staff and management have really worked at developing a system for this location that works.“

For some reason UPS decided to deliver a package containing a large quantity of Starbucks to this local store because they opened it when the information was corrupted on the shipping label to this local Starbucks. The store manager Kayla was AMAZING -she got this random issue dropped on her by UPS but put on her detective hat and figured out who they belonged to and reached out. She left a personal cell and by the time I got the call she was off at home taking care of her family but she STILL cared enough to take my call. “After the renovation, everything feels brighter; the service, the space, and even the coffee itself. You can truly feel the fresh energy from the youth team! The service and quality have improved greatly, and for someone like me who’s always on the go, being able to order ahead through the app is a real game changer.

“came here the other day and i'm glad to say I enjoy coming here to grab my cup of freshly brewed coffee :) the staff were extremely nice and not only they welcomed me but complimented my fabulous outfit! a young man with gorgeous eyes took my order but this time I wasn't sure what I wanted so he recommended this delicious drink called a ice caramel macchiato but with soy milk! A young lady with cute clips handed me my drink and said "have a nice day enjoy!" i replied "thank you" and she replied back "you're soy welcome!" i let out a giggle and we both had a cute moment. AND LET ME TELL YOU HOW DELICIOUS THE COFFEE WAS! the lines at this location goes crazy! since they're placed near popular stores and they're a popular coffee shop too, so their lines may over lap the Claire's that's right in-front of them. since this location is way smaller than others they can't fit too much employees so I understand if my food or drinks take a minute for it to be ready. I totally recommend this location, I come here often and the staff is extremely nice and their food goes over the top!“

“Recently, while awaiting a flight as a standby passenger, I stopped by this location. After a series of missed flight connections, this Starbucks location was an oasis . The manager and staff were phenomenal. My drink and sandwich were delicious. If you happen to be like me, and connecting in Miami International on an extremely busy day, do yourself a favor and stop by this incredible little shop. The line may be long, but the service and food will definitely be well worth the wait!“

“The Balcony is great, hosting both indoor seating in the cafe and outdoor seating with trees and a fountain. It's a peaceful oasis in an otherwise busy area of town. I enjoyed my hot chocolate (one of the better out there in FL) along with self-serve water, flavored with berries and citrus. The free parking is a nice touch. What a great place to relax and work!“
