“Unexpectedly, stopped by this Starbucks to get last minute meeting done.. was immediately greeted by the staff and the store is bright and very open, plenty of tables inside and outside, definitely coming back to stay productive here.
My order was taken by Camila and then also delivered at the table, such a nice thing to do, it feels that its not about the coffee but the comfort and showing that they care about their clientele.
This barista Camila should in a Management position, was keen to detail and gratifying to get service from her.
Highly recommend this Starbucks to local and non-local neighbors!

“I often visit this Starbucks and am usually satisfied with the service, which is why today’s experience was disappointing. The coffee was very hot, so I politely asked for a paper sleeve. The employee told me I needed to wait, and the tone felt quite unfriendly.
It would be more convenient to place sleeves on hot drinks right away or keep them easily accessible for customers. Friendly communication also makes a big difference. I hope this will be taken into consideration.“

“Very friendly staff, they speak Spanish, there is a lot of space, in the ten days that my vacation stay lasted, I always saw free tables. At the car window service they are very quick to respond. It has good parking, and we always find a place.

The place is clean, well organized, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, but what truly makes the difference is the service.
I would especially like to highlight Stacy, an exceptional barista. Her kindness, smile, and dedication make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. She is incredibly attentive and professional, and you can truly feel the passion she puts into her work. She takes care of every detail and always offers a warm, genuine, and human touch—something that’s not easy to find these days.
People like Stacy elevate the entire experience and make you want to come back. Without a doubt, one of the best Starbucks locations thanks to its outstanding customer service. 👏☕️“
“I am not a coffee drinker so, I love the Starbucks Hot Chia Latte with oat milk and an extra pump or 2 of chia. It gives me that warm and cozy feeling.
The cold version is equally as good and is a cool refresher on a hot day.
I recommend trying as a coffee alternative

“I live 5 mins by the Sky lake location but would prefer to drive down 15 mins to this location instead. Hands down my favorite location. Some customers can be rude for no reason cause they having a bad day. Like be patient! these people are doing all the can. Never have an issue even if my drink was made wrong they always willing to remake it even when I say just add a lil this or that in my current cup they still would make me a new one. Great team!“
“I can’t complain about other Starbucks honestly because they’ve all been positive experiences but nothing to write home about. This one in particular though is worth writing home about though. I used to go to this Starbucks a lot because it was the closest to my old job. I finally came back after almost a year and everyone instantly recognized me. Most Starbucks employees will just forget you the next day but at this one they employees actually care about you and getting to know you. Everyone chats and says hi and bye. I had a spicy falafel pocket and it was nice and hot just like I like it, for the first time at Starbucks I never had to ask to put it back and microwave it. Pumpkin Chai also just hit extra different today I don’t know why but I guess they just made it with love. Every employee here is very competent and friendly and everyone is your friend. Not to mention this location is also very well maintained and extremely clean. To all the employees who are reading this comment section. It’s me Max and I love you guys. And I feel it’s my duty as someone who use to work for Starbucks and now I’m a server bar tender at another restaurant. And I use to work for The Kendall Drive Bakery Location and I use to work for this very same drive through during the pandemic when you guys where understaffed and asked me if I wanted to help out.
I got sent home from work and did a mobile order, cause I had to file a police report on a guy who got out of his car and called me a immigrant ( also being Hispanic) and punched my car and tried to intimidate me. And that built up anxiety and sadness none of my food from last night or this morning digested properly I felt heavy dizzy nausea and bad. So even coming here to make myself feel better before I go home after crying in front of a manager. Even debating with my manager about a guest that complained but had everything they wanted it only took long because they wanted to occupy a seat that was already taken.
Bari really recognized me and kinda forced me out my shell by saying hi even when I was trying to just walk in with anxiety and dip.
But typing this now I teared up cause it was just so refreshing after even sometimes trying to get to the Starbucks parking lot and running the stop signs and trying to deem you a idiot could be stressful probably for even you guys getting to work.
Thank you sometimes a simple hi and human kindness can brighten someone’s day.
As a server myself at a high class restaurant her awareness, memorization of my order, her smile, her effort was amazing.

The staff here is friendly and gracious, and the service is immediate--even when crowded.
The surroundings are clean, and the background music thoughtful and original.

Gabriel was so kind and nice! I’d return just to be served by him. He brings a sense of comfort and welcoming atmosphere to this location.
I do recommend bringing a sweater or jacket, as it gets quite cold, but nevertheless I would return to this location!
They upkeep the cleanliness; and provide more conversation for those that welcome it, as I did!
And don’t worry about the music, they keep it at a decent level where it is not obnoxious, too loud or too distracting, enough to add a melody to the background.“

“I had such a great experience here yesterday around 8am. A young guy helped me out and his service was amazing. They didn't have one of the ingredients for the frappuccino I usually get, and I was about to leave, but he confidently offered to make me something similar instead. It turned out delicious, even better than I expected.

“This location is very busy for pickup and drive through. Expect to wait for the drive through during peak hours and expect to block traffic as well. The staff at the location work hard and their attitudes and work ethic help the location that’s for sure. This is a clanging location and the staff and management have really worked at developing a system for this location that works.“
