“We arrived with a reservation on a Saturday night, was able to get outdoor seating for a party of 6 with no wait. We had 3 apps 6 entrees and was given a dessert for our anniversary. Our server Jenny was attentive without hovering, kept the drinks refilled and went up and down those steps repeatedly with a smile. When it comes to the food it was good, however I felt that not having the ability to pick your sides was a drawback. Each entree comes with what it comes with and there is no way to change it up except to pay $6.95 for a single plate trip to a small salad bar. There was complimentary valet parking and the service was very good.“

“Had to take a Star Away today. We were shocked to find a 3.8% Surcharge on our Bill when it came. I have never been to a restaurant that put a mandatory 3.8% Surcharge for Food and Liquor on my bill before. We won't be Dining in, again. We love nearby and don't need to pay extra for the view. It should be on the top of the menu so you can make a decision before you order. It seems deceptive. Great views, good food just beware of 3.8% Surcharge on Food and Liquor.“

“I just got back from eating at the Italian Fisherman and just can't stop talking about it. What a great time and great food. We go out weekly to dinner with our friends and this is by far the best place to go. We like some places and some restaurants we would never go back again. This restaurant is a go to place. The owner is fun and his card tricks add such a nice atmosphere and the food is really good. Best dinning experience in a long time“

“As someone from out of state, I have visited Captain Hiram’s sandbar for most of my life (which is an amazing place), but had never ate at Blackfins. We had a group of 8 and everyone’s meal was fantastic. I can’t believe we haven’t ate here sooner and this will now be a staple on our vacation every year. Not one person complained. From the scallops, to the shrimp po boy, to the Reuben, to the blackened fish BLT, everything was delicious. I can’t stop thinking of their fries. Their fries were probably the best I have ever had. The seasoning was great. My shrimp po boy had a lot of shrimp on it, and everyone left full. We had a gorgeous view right from our table. Even though it rained and the windows were open, no one near the window got wet. Highly impressed with Blackfins!!!“

“Gorgeous and relaxing. Life is easy at the Grant house. Fully furnished, clean, and perfectly set of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We vacationed here for a week, and felt like we had arrived to a luxury abode. Between the deck, patio, pool, dock, and fire pit, we were never bored. And when it storms, the upstairs has 3 decks to sit and watch the storm pass. Well worth the hefty price we paid. I only wish I was able to bring my doggo..“

“We were looking for a place close to where we were staying, this was only 4 miles away. Very quaint, clean, our waiter was awesome (thanks Andrew/Drew)!!! The food was yummy... had lasagna and manicotti. Nice and hot, the sauce was really good, and the bread they serve was nice and warm with soft butter (my mother-in-law would've loved that, huge pet peeve for her!). So glad we just happened to find this place. I think it must be a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.“

“This place was NOT my fave a few years ago, BUT.... Something happened. someone came in that place that cares, bc the last 4 times I have gone I have been happily satisfied. The service was good, and the ppl nice. Music is always on point, but then the food came out, and it was AWESOME for bar food. The only thing that upsets me is they took the Cuban off the menu.. It was the only thing i could eat from them some years ago, but I guess it is a good trade. That one item gone, for EVERY other thing to be 100 percent better than it was.. If you never tried the place, try it. If you haven't gone back in a while because you think it sucks, it dosnt anymore, try it again.. Thanks Hirams!!!“
