We made reservations and prob would suggest the same if you are specific on where you want to sit. Every table has a great view. Menu, heavy on seafood options, has something for everyone. Hand crafted cocktails and a great wine selection. We both spilt the Brevardian board (steak with seasonal veggies and pickled veggies) with a salad and that was enough. We shared the sliders and heavily enjoyed the pumpkin ginger tiramisu. Can not say enough wonderful things. We will be back.“

“I usually love going to Chart House in Melbourne for special occasions or happy hour. Last night missed the mark for my husband and I. We went to celebrate our 12th anniversary. We chose to sit at the bar and eat from the early dining menu and the happy hour menu. When mentioning it was our anniversary the bartender didn't even acknowledge it. The appetizers, salads and drinks were delicious. I ordered the shrimp pasta for my entree. The shrimp was overcooked and tough. The pasta lacked flavor. I ate some of the shrimp and decided to take the rest home to "flavor it up". We were finished eating for about 20 minutes before the bartender came to ask if I wanted a box. I couldn't get his attention because he had a stack of guest checks from one of the waiters. By the time he brought the box and asked if I wanted the creme brulee I originally ordered I asked him to box it up because I had been waiting so long. He didn't even recognize how long it had been. All he said was, this is my 7th day. I gave him grace, but it's still unacceptable considering we went to celebrate and left feeling negative about the experience.“

“I am a snowbird from PA. When my husband was alive we enjoyed your restaurant sitting having drinks and dinner with several friends and family. I was in your establishment in Feb. On a Friday evening waited over 2 hours to be seated. I was told an hour plus I am a diabetic and started to not feel well. Once seated we were sat at a tall table for 8. The pipes above one of my guests had water dripping on her and her food. Since we ate there numerous times we also were disappointed in food we were served. It was a special day celebrating my daughter's 25th anniversary. Needless to say we will not be returning.“

“Tried Osuki for their all-you-can-eat dinner today. Overall, we had a good experience, especially with the shrimp tempura, green mussels, and takoyaki — those were my favorites.

The calamari was a little disappointing. The squid tasted old and was quite rubbery, and the sashimi was sliced very thin, so I think both could be improved. On the positive side, the service was very good and the staff were attentive.“

“What a delightful holiday luncheon our Lunch Bunch had yesterday. The table looked absolutely beautiful with a crisp white tablecloth, red and green napkins folded into a Christmas tree pattern, a red runner down the middle and short holiday decor in the middle, so you could visit across the table. Our waitress, Lisa, did a fine job of spoiling us throughout our visit. I ordered a muddled Old Fashion which was the best one I have ever had, ymm. Our meal choices were varied, delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our group of ten. I highly recommend choosing the Rialto Hilton for your next gathering.

“Amzing Apollo Dinner 4 July special“

“Sorry, was our favorite place, but after this evening…things have changed. Told about 45 min wait. They were to call on our phone, and never called. After 1 hr, we asked greeting girls, who said they called us. No way, we were by dock, no loud people or music, phone on high and kept it in our hand. Told girls to try the number again, to show phone works, and she said she could not. And all this time of waiting, there were always one or two tables empty. Finally got seated, 1 1/2 hrs later, then told no Lolly Pop lamb chops available, which two people wanted. I wanted the chicken piccata that was no longer on the menu. So ordered and then waited about 45 min or so more to get our food. Waiter even apologized, why it was taking so long. But a two star for atmosphere. Was so disappointed tonight, kept telling my son how wonderful this place was. Not sure I would go back…sorry?“
