“Our first time here and it was fantastic! Great service - this is a slower paced dinning experience. We made reservations and prob would suggest the same if you are specific on where you want to sit. Every table has a great view. Menu, heavy on seafood options, has something for everyone. Hand crafted cocktails and a great wine selection. We both spilt the Brevardian board (steak with seasonal veggies and pickled veggies) with a salad and that was enough. We shared the sliders and heavily enjoyed the pumpkin ginger tiramisu. Can not say enough wonderful things. We will be back.“

“We had been to the restaurant several times— unfortunately not since the pandemic kicked in. This was our first visit in a couple of years. It was amazing!! The food was great! The atmosphere was wonderful! We had Alyssa— who has the best personality!! She is one of few people who we really enjoyed talking to! Highly recommended!!“

“Whenever we’re in town, this is a must stop. They have the best drinks and their prices are really fair for what they serve. The live music is always pretty cool too. We had the hummus and crab stuffed mushrooms. So good!“

“We had a wonderful Anniversary dinner with a beautiful view of the river at the restaurant! We both ordered the Proscuitto scallop tagliatelle, and it was incredibly delicious! The portions were large, so there was almost half left over to take home. We just had try the aguave cheesecake, and it also was really yummy!😋Our server Delilah was perfectly attentive, and our meals came our very quickly! We will come back for sure. I want to try everything on the menu!“

“Urban Prime has been a go-to of mine for years, and it never disappoints. Through all its changes, the food, drinks, and service have stayed top-notch. Chef Kyle’s happy hour menu is a standout—the “Not-So-Little Butter Burger” and Brussels sprouts were the perfect match for my Old Fashioned (not smoked, but still hit all the right notes). The service here is exceptional. From the hostess to Adrienne behind the bar and Iman Elder on the floor, they made me feel genuinely welcomed—a nice touch since my friend had a genuine mix-up and couldn’t make it. Beyond the dining experience, I also appreciate Urban Prime’s philanthropic spirit. I had the pleasure of working with them during Jazoo and Safari Under the Stars (‘19-‘21), benefiting the Brevard Zoo, and again for The Scott Center for Autism (‘23), their commitment to community stood out then just as much as it does now. Great food, great vibes, and even better people. Urban Prime keeps me coming back! I am posting a visit from 2019 — their wine list by Dana Cona continues to be impressive!“

“What a delightful holiday luncheon our Lunch Bunch had yesterday. The table looked absolutely beautiful with a crisp white tablecloth, red and green napkins folded into a Christmas tree pattern, a red runner down the middle and short holiday decor in the middle, so you could visit across the table. Our waitress, Lisa, did a fine job of spoiling us throughout our visit. I ordered a muddled Old Fashion which was the best one I have ever had, ymm. Our meal choices were varied, delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our group of ten. I highly recommend choosing the Rialto Hilton for your next gathering.

“Our experience at The Mansion in Melbourne, FL was exceptional. We were seated in a beautiful private room for our party of seven, which added a special touch to the evening. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, perfect for a memorable night out. Our server, Alex, went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for both the atmosphere and outstanding service!“

“I came in a couple of weeks ago. I usually head to the side bar and order from Delaney, Sam, or Juli depending on who’s working that night. All three are phenomenal bartenders, and honestly I should’ve just waited for my usual girls.

Since the side bar wasn’t open yet, I went to the main bar. The pink-haired bartender immediately came across as rude with her facial expressions, usually she atleast greets people with a smile. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by walking up to order a drink. She ignored me while helping others.

Another bartender with black hair red highlights was taking care of guests, and everyone around me seemed happy with her service. I figured I’d be next, but then another bartender stepped in to help with the small rush, her name is Alex. I appreciated that she was trying to jump in and help—until she greeted me with, “What ya want?”

I ordered a Tito’s screwdriver. She appeared to understand, but then turned to another bartender and asked what was in a screwdriver. It’s a pretty basic drink, so that surprised me. She ended up making it with well vodka instead of Tito’s and charged me accordingly. When I tried to clarify my order, she snatched my card out of my hand and completely ignored what I was trying to say.

After that interaction, I chose not to order from her again for the rest of the night. I waited until the side bar opened so I could order from my usual bartenders instead.

While I was waiting, I couldn’t help but notice that Alex, the newer bartender with the reddish-brown hair, seemed unsure of what she was doing. I’m pretty sure she started there about 3-4 months ago. She spent long periods of time on her phone or standing around while the other bartenders handled customers. When the bar got busy, instead of jumping in to help, she started cleaning around midnight while the other bartenders were still serving guests.

The County Line Saloon has built a great reputation because of bartenders like Delaney, Sam, and Juli, who consistently provide excellent service. That’s why this experience stood out so much. I understand everyone has off days, and I’m willing to give people grace. But the service I received that night was disappointing enough that I’ll be sticking with the side bar whenever possible.

I’ll definitely be back because I genuinely enjoy The County Line Saloon and appreciate the amazing bartenders who usually make every visit a great experience. I just hope the consistency in service improves at the main bar.“
