“My niece came in town and magically found this spot. OMG, one of the true gems in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area. The whole red snapper is amazing as well as the #1 which come a with steak, red beans and rice, chorizo and the best bacon you have ever had in your life! So good we ate here two days in a row! My friend asked for a refill and the waitress looked at him like he was trying to smuggle tea leaves out of Boston Harbor. Apparently, he had already hit his "4-refill limit" (breaking news to both of us, I didn't get four refills) and was rudely advised that if he wanted more tea, he could "go to the supermarket and buy some tea bags himself."' I wasn't aware we were being graded on our tea consumption, but here we are. To add to the fun, the price has gone up by $2 since our last visit, so I suppose the extra charge covers the new refill enforcement department. Between the tea police, the refill quota, and the inflation surcharge, this place has brewed its last cup for us. 🍵“

“Gorgeous and relaxing. Life is easy at the Grant house. Fully furnished, clean, and perfectly set of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We vacationed here for a week, and felt like we had arrived to a luxury abode. Between the deck, patio, pool, dock, and fire pit, we were never bored. “Update 7 June 2023 It has been over 9 months since last visit. I wanted to try again. After all I am sure the last cook is gone and things have been improved. I requested the same thing I had 9 months ago. The cook needs to learn how to make scrambled eggs. I received eggs that were cooked flat then chopped into squares. The eggs were cold and tough. The sausages were cold. The hash browns were not crispy but hard on one side and soft on the other. The hash browns were also cold. The only thing that was acceptable was the french toast. Maybe I am expecting too much. This used to be a great place, not anymore. If the owner does not turn this place around. They will end up closing like the Palm Bay Diner. They had great food when the "new" owner opened up. After about four months the cook was changed. I quit going. The new owner made a lot of changes. Did not work. I have a better breakfast going to two different close by locations. I did contact the owner before coming back yesterday. I wanted to see if anything has improved. Annie was my server. Always great. I don't understand why she did not tell the owner or the manager I was unhappy. Maybe neither was there. I may go back in another 9 months to try again. Only if they are still open. I have been a customer when they were IHop. Many years. I have a select wait staff I ask for each trip. All of my trips only one time has the manager talked with me. Monday (Aug 8, 2022) I stopped for breakfast. I requested french toast, two eggs scrambled, bacon, hash browns crispy and coffee. The eggs were super dry and robbery. The hash browns were uncooked inside and dripping in oil. Both were so bad I could not eat. The bacon was over cooked and brittle. The coffee. Apparently they changed to a cheaper brand and added water to serve more customers. The only thing worth eating was the french toast. I told my server what had happened. She said she would talk to the manager. The manager did not come out to talk with me. I thought that was unprofessional. The manger did not offer to comp my meal. He charged me for the coffee and french toast. He charged me over $7.00 for this. If he would have offered to comp the breakfast I would have refused. But he never gave me the chance. If they continue to provide this type of service and this low quality food. They may have to close their doors. Already their hours have been cut again. I will not go back because of the way a loyal customer has been treated. I was never looking for a free meal. I believe (if they continue treating their customers to low quality food) they will be closing their doors before the end of this year. This is my opinion from my experience over the many years as a loyal customer.“

“We were down in Sebastian Florida visit my brother john glaser and his wife. We went every morning there for breakfast. Service was amazing and food was very good. We enjoy everyone there . I highly recommend this place to eat. You won’t Be disappointed .“

“What a fun place to eat. Really cool early 60's decor. Not a giant menu, but something for everyone. Everything homemade and delicious. I had French onion soup (yummy) with a side of really OUTSTANDING fried onion rings (so crispy and light). Great brewed ice tea. Be sure and grab a brownie or a piece of one of the other fancy dessert cakes to bring home for later. Our waitress Nancy provided great service. A wonderful dining experience.“

“One of the very good things about Woody's Sebastian is the consistency. My wife and I have been going there twice a week for 15 yrs plus. Our favorites are always prepared just right. By the way we like the new presentation of the fries in a metal basket it seems to keep them crisp. Also in addition to a variety of veggies the coleslaw and baked beans are the best.“

“We were looking for a place close to where we were staying, this was only 4 miles away. Very quaint, clean, our waiter was awesome (thanks Andrew/Drew)!!! The food was yummy... had lasagna and manicotti. Nice and hot, the sauce was really good, and the bread they serve was nice and warm with soft butter (my mother-in-law would've loved that, huge pet peeve for her!). “We arrived with a reservation on a Saturday night, was able to get outdoor seating for a party of 6 with no wait. We had 3 apps 6 entrees and was given a dessert for our anniversary. Our server Jenny was attentive without hovering, kept the drinks refilled and went up and down those steps repeatedly with a smile. When it comes to the food it was good, however I felt that not having the ability to pick your sides was a drawback. Each entree comes with what it comes with and there is no way to change it up except to pay $6.95 for a single plate trip to a small salad bar. There was complimentary valet parking and the service was very good.“

“Quick and affordable. I had a seat at the counter and was greeted in a couple of minutes. My waitress was awesome. She must have called me honey at least 10 times and I loved it. I ordered the ribeye steak and eggs for 17.00. It's an off menu item, so you have to ask for it. Everything was cooked just right. The steak was surprisingly very tender and seasoned well. A lot of people like to hate on Waffle House. I have to tell you, i've had some great breakfasts and have met some of the nicest ,most genuine people in these establishments“

I have never been to a restaurant that put a mandatory 3.8% Surcharge for Food and Liquor on my bill before. We won't be Dining in, again. We love nearby and don't need to pay extra for the view. It should be on the top of the menu so you can make a decision before you order. It seems deceptive. Great views, good food just beware of 3.8% Surcharge on Food and Liquor.“
