I used to be a regular before the remodel and when the old management owned the store, simply because I love sushi, and let me tell you…it was never a pleasant experience…between the workers, attitudes, waits, etc. Today was my first time back after the remodel and to my surprise, with new management. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Haley, my waitress, had the bubbliest personality and was SO happy to be there. The sushi chefs were phenomenal, friendly, and good at what they do. Tracey, the new manager of the location, took the time to speak with me and was extremely personable and kind. A complete 180 of the service I used to get. I will definitely be back, and 1000000% recommend. If you have ever had a bad experience in the past, for sure go back with the new management. You are in for a treat. “My family ate here Friday night and it was wonderful. We had outstanding service from all the staff, but especially our server Mackenzie. Hands down the best Sushi we have ever eaten and yummy filets cooked to perfection. Our little girl loved her kids quesadillas too. Great experience, lovely view, top notch service and incredible food. We will be back the next time we’re in Miramar Beach! Do yourself a favor and give them a try.“

“Had a nice family dinner at Hadashi/Sandcastles on a Saturday evening. No wait, plenty of open seating. J Brant was a friendly server and great with our kids. Tried 3 rolls, the shaggy, Philadelphia, and cowboy. Favorites were the shaggy and cowboy. The menu is combined with sandcastles so we were able to order a pizza for our kids.“

Ali and Liezl are great too! They can always point you in the right direction if you don't know what to order. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.“

“Everything except dessert was phenomenal. The ribeye was stunning - among the best I’ve had in my life. Skip dessert (except coconut cream pie, if you love cream pies). Our table and the table next to us got 4 desserts (and they got it as a birthday treat), but we all thought the desserts were terrible compared to everything else. They even got theirs free because of the birthday but returned it because it was so bad. Our group of 4 came from San Francisco and were so happy with the food here.“
