Einstein Bros. Bagels is a friendly restaurant and a great asset to Mount Dora. The staff is incredibly accommodating, polite, and welcoming, with a positive attitude that makes customers feel appreciated. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, a fresh bagel, or breakfast on the go, the team goes above and beyond. The restaurant is a great place for a bagel and coffee, with a full case and three tables available.

However, some experiences have been disappointing. One order of signature breakfast sandwiches included a chorizo sunrise that was soggy and smashed, with too much aioli, and the bagel was not cooked right. Another online order for pickup was missing a Farmhouse sandwich, leaving a customer out $8 and a delicious sandwich. Despite these issues, the food is usually delicious, and the workers are friendly and helpful. The cookies and blueberry muffins are fresh and delicious. The spinach florentine bagel remains yummy and tasty. Overall, this location is a wonderful addition to Mount Dora, highly recommended for its incredible team.
