“Visited the London Club for cocktails and oysters on Friday evening. We had such a nice time we went back for dinner Saturday evening. We had the Salmon and Seabass and it was incredible. The ambiance is swanky and romantic and the jazz band was fabulous both nights. Service is very attentive and professional. It is a hidden gem. One of my favorite restaurants.“

“We decided to stay and eat, on property, the night before a long fishing day. This is located right in the lobby and was dead at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. We were 1 of 4 tables. The server, Isabella, was very friendly and attentive.
We started with the calamari. It was delicious and the oil used was clean. My son devoured most of it, but I was able to confirm it was great before it was all gone.
We also had the burrata and watermelon salad. This could have been a meal. It was huge and fresh. We all liked this.
For dinner we got the tuna tartare stack. It was almost very good but was very avocado heavy. I wish it had more tuna to avocado ratio. Again, a great portion.
The less impressive part was the grouper. It was very overcooked. The flavors of the dish were all there but the portion and overall presentation of the dish didn’t align with the price tag- by any stretch.
I would have preferred a separate space to dine, with the lobby more secluded where the ambiance could be more unique from the rest of the hotel. I would return and get more small plates, salads and appetizers.“

“We had a superb dinner on a Monday night. Hostess Sylvia performed a magic trick and got us a four-top right near the front entrance. Server Danielle was prompt and friendly with a great smile. GM Leanna stopped by just to check-in. They have a new location opening nearby soon! Hey, lots of establishments serve great food. But it’s the ambiance and service that garner my attention and praise. OP, you hit a home run that night.“

“The entire night was fantastic. They had a person singing who has a very good voice and played quite a few sets. Our server told us to take our time and enjoy ourselves and what can I say about the food!! It was delicious!! Every time we come to Marco Island, we have to take a ride and eat at Tommy Bahamas and we have done for many years. Thanks for a nice evening.“

“I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“My wife had the carbonara and I had the linguine vongole. Both were fabulous, but unfortunately, they used spaghetti noodles for the linguine vongole instead of the linguine without explanation or apology. I asked the server about it and he really did not know what to say.“

“The service was good. The place seems very corporate and the bar seemed like an afterthought to their main Money Maker which I'm sure is the Hotel rooms. We did not eat but just had cocktails at the bar. I'll give it another try and check out the food“

“Waa Hoo Port 32 is a hidden oasis. A real treat here in Naples. Also offers gorgeous pool, hot tub, steam etc. . Perfect place to go after boating for the day. Atmosphere is casual elegant. Food and service is excellent. We do prefer the afternoon menu to evening menu. Servers ( food and bar) exceptional. Always with a smile. We have brought several friends different times to enjoy food , ambiance and music. Minor complaint tho., we went last evening with two other couples. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and fried pickles and onion rings ( our favorite) told the menu changed at 5 pm. They still offered the peel and eat shrimp which is outstanding. We have always gone late afternoon with the afternoon menu. Last night when we arrived were told the menu changed at 5 pm. Definitely not as appealing as the afternoon menu. The pool area is very casual and the afternoon menu should be available all day. All in all, it has become one of our favorite places here in Naples. Food, service and prices are excellent!“

“What a nice addition to the Naples dining scene. Casual and elegant all at the same time. Very nice, varied menu, excellent quality and some really interesting signature drinks. I started out inside but went to the outdoor patio then walked the dock along the Gordon River. Outstanding location. Who would have guessed this restaurant and bar was at the Hyatt House on 5th Avenue.“

“It was my first time at this restaurant, the food was delicious. I had the Oar & Iron burger plus tried the Salmon and it was excellent! A.J was very helpful and accommodating on what to pick. We’re definitely coming back to try other menu items :) I highly recommend this place!“
