“Visited the London Club for cocktails and oysters on Friday evening. We had such a nice time we went back for dinner Saturday evening. We had the Salmon and Seabass and it was incredible. The ambiance is swanky and romantic and the jazz band was fabulous both nights. Service is very attentive and professional. It is a hidden gem. One of my favorite restaurants.“

“We had such a wonderful experience! The Swedish meatballs were absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. I wish I could remember our waiter's name because he was truly great—so friendly and attentive. He even surprised us with complimentary Swedish “Hot Shots” after lunch, which were incredible! They're a fun layered espresso cocktail with Galliano and whipped cream, and they were the perfect sweet finish to our meal. Highly recommend!“
“We enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving dinner at The Aura. My husband and nephew loved the prime rib. While my niece and I had the traditional Thanksgiving meal. We all raved about the salads. The turkey and pine rib were cooked to perfection. There were 4 courses and we enjoyed each of them. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“We love Cafe Milano every time we come down to Marco Island and Naples- Special thanks to the excellent service we received from ALL the staff especially Tyler and Stefano!!! The atmosphere, the food, the service and the location make it the best Italian restaurant in the Naples area. We love their regular menu and specials and sometimes take advantage of their excellent happy hour menu which provides the excellent food at a phenomenal price.“

“We came just for one night to enjoy the Hotel and the Bar in Naples, and it was a great experience! Our server, Ximena was truly amazing! After chatting for a bit, we realized we even share the same name! Haha Thank you for the excellent attention delicious food and great drinks! We’ll come back!“
“Solid choice for carryout pizza. Have not tried their other dishes yet. We have had the Sicilian (thick crust square pizza) and the classic (a bit thinner than a Domino's round but not thin/crunchy like a cracker crust). We'll order both going forward depending on what we feel like having.
Not sure what's taking so long with a sign but it is in the place formerly known as off the bone bbq.
Customer service was tops as they had to pivot on something we ordered but they couldn't make, and they went above and beyond to make sure we weren't disappointed.“

“Waa Hoo Port 32 is a hidden oasis. A real treat here in Naples. Also offers gorgeous pool, hot tub, steam etc. . Perfect place to go after boating for the day. Atmosphere is casual elegant. Food and service is excellent. We do prefer the afternoon menu to evening menu. Servers ( food and bar) exceptional. Always with a smile. We have brought several friends different times to enjoy food , ambiance and music. Minor complaint tho., we went last evening with two other couples. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and fried pickles and onion rings ( our favorite) told the menu changed at 5 pm. They still offered the peel and eat shrimp which is outstanding. We have always gone late afternoon with the afternoon menu. Last night when we arrived were told the menu changed at 5 pm. Definitely not as appealing as the afternoon menu. The pool area is very casual and the afternoon menu should be available all day. All in all, it has become one of our favorite places here in Naples. Food, service and prices are excellent!“

“What a nice addition to the Naples dining scene. Casual and elegant all at the same time. Very nice, varied menu, excellent quality and some really interesting signature drinks. I started out inside but went to the outdoor patio then walked the dock along the Gordon River. Outstanding location. Who would have guessed this restaurant and bar was at the Hyatt House on 5th Avenue.“

“We initially were uncertain where Ria was on the property, and a very kind Ritz Worker escorted us to the Hostess stand. We each had a Margarita ($22 ) which was fantastic, and very refreshing! The snapper sandwich ($29) which came with a salad, fruit, or fries was absolutely delicious! It was fun eating outside with a great view of the golf course. Will definitely return! Our Server and their counterparts were very attentive and accommodating. This restaurant is truly a gem, and encompasses the values of the Ritz.“
