Shakes are amazing and the burgers my husband loved.. meals are good price as well and portions are good.
The Garlic Steakburger and dark chocolate malted milkshake were very tasty. The service was unfortunate. They brought milkshakes without straws or spoons, applesauce without a spoon, and forgot napkins.
I believe a significant cause of the problem is they are understaffed.

We love steak and shake!!! The food is amazing, but our favorite part is always the smiles on all of the staffs’ faces. Arandy gave great service to us and was constantly working hard during our whole visit! The lady who delivered our food was also very kind but we didn’t catch her name. We will definitely be back very soon and we love this location!
