We had the same server as last time (so sorry that I forgot her name but she has short blonde hair and glasses) and asked if she was part owner of the restaurant because she takes that much ownership over customers having a great experience. She is superb! Chef is also amazing and comes to the table to shave fresh truffles over the pasta special (as he does it, I am pretty sure the clouds part and angels are playing harps . . . ) Just a wonderful experience coupled with an intimate atmosphere. “We initially were uncertain where Ria was on the property, and a very kind Ritz Worker escorted us to the Hostess stand. We each had a Margarita ($22 ) which was fantastic, and very refreshing! The snapper sandwich ($29) which came with a salad, fruit, or fries was absolutely delicious! It was fun eating outside with a great view of the golf course. Will definitely return! Our Server and their counterparts were very attentive and accommodating. This restaurant is truly a gem, and encompasses the values of the Ritz.“
