“They are doing a lot better in the beginning. I wasn't real sure. There are certain employees at the Navarre Starbucks that if you ask them to make your drink a certain way, they will. But there's others but don't care so when you ask them to make it a certain way and do certain things to your drink and it's written on the cup play don't do it at all even if you pay for it. You literally have to go to someone else that is working there even if you're in a hurry and ask them to add the say caramel to your drink because you asked for extra and they think one little squirt is extra and when you asked for a lot and they don't do it and you pay for it it pisses you off at least it does for me. If I'm going to pay for something you're damn right, you're going to do it, period. I don't understand why people work in these type of places that don't like doing their job. If the cup says extra caramel, put extra caramel in it plain and simple. Or if you are getting a shot in your drink and they make your drink and then they pour the rest of it in the sink basically you're paying for a half a shot but being charged for the full thing does it make sense. Pour the rest in a cup that I paid for please it's not hard. So much of it is wasted it's crazy. And people are okay with it. I am not. Other than that, I think the location is doing great. Just wish some people that work there were a little nicer to the customers. The people that work the 5:00 a.m. shift is amazing. I can't say enough about them. They make my drink every time perfect it's the ones that work the afternoon shift that doesn't care. They are the ones when I have to work in the afternoon aggravate me.“
