McDonald's in New Port Richey

“Sometimes, you have to ask an employee to wipe the tables and clean up the kid area. Being understaffed at times, you have to shout for someone at the cash register to help you (not really their fault, but they could say they will help you shortly, etc.) When you order on the app specifically for a mobile order, they don't make your drinks for you fyi, (if you are picking the order up inside.) Good place to take the kids and usually a good atmosphere as well.

Dietary restrictions: You can get anything without salt.

Parking: Thers is parking on all sides of the restaurant and they just renewed their parking lot as well.

Kid-friendliness: One of the only indoor kid playgrounds around still. It's even got 3 levels and 2 small slides for the younger ones on the ground floor. **Plus, a private restroom attached**

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility on the main entrance side of the building.“

“i stop at this mcdonald’s almost every other morning for breakfast n im always greeted by some of the sweetest ladies! a lovely woman named helen n two other women who wear glasses! unfortunately i haven’t gotten their names. my food is usually always fresh n steaming hot when given to me n their amazing customer service is what keeps me coming back! :)“

“The ladies at the counter were extremely helpful explaining the specials they had and making the adjustments we requested. Our McDoubles were freshly cooked and hot as were the fries, and we all know McDonald's' food is only good when it's hot & fresh. There was no soda machine on the customer side, and I thought it was odd that I had to ask at the counter for napkins & salt. Maybe they're all like that now. I don't usually eat inside. I took away stars for atmosphere. I hated the color scheme, and I hated the seating. We had been shopping quite awhile & wanted to have a seat with a back to rest against. There were only a few booths, and they were occupied. The rest were tables with childlike, backless stools. We found a large round table with a booth-type seat that wrapped around it. Unfortunately, if we sat back, we couldn't even touch the table. So, we had to sit on the very edge of the seat to eat. There were no pictures or decorations or anything. It was just very drab & unappealing. But the food & service was great! I can close my eyes to eat. LOL!

Hey, am I the only one who still wonders why McDonald's has never sold hot dogs??? They could easily drop them in the fryer. Yummy! Mcdonald's, I hope you read this! And as long as I'm asking for things, why are McRibs as scarce as hen's teeth?!“

“Me and my client come to Mc Donald’s every single Wednesday and normally get Kayla who is super awesome. We are accommodated very well and I see nothing but a great atmosphere and fast thorough service from Kayla and the rest of the staff. :)

Kid-friendliness: There are little touch to play devices, open space, and fun appropriate music.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and plenty of wheelchair seating to make it easy for disabled people to have easy access.“
