“I ordered the Cuban and the peach cobbler. My mom ordered the #13 and had peanut butter pie. All of the food was AMAZING. Service was also incredible. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. Our server even told me to order the peach cobbler right away because they were almost out. ***accessibility from a non-disabled person. There was a small step to enter the restaurant and there was a carpet at the entrance. Once inside the walkways are reasonably sized but a little narrow for someone with low mobility.“

“While visiting this area we decided to try a local breakfast place, are we glad we did!!! Paula R. was our server and she was VERY friendly and helpful even in helping us choose our breakfast and giving us her imput on toppings and condiments. She was very professional! The food was EXCELLENT!!!! I the omelet I nhad smothered in sausage gravy was wonderful as was the pancakes! This was one of the best tasting breakfast and service we have had in a very long time. Thank You, Paula and If we are back in the area, we will be back!!!!!“

“OMG Tamika is amazing 1st time i have had a good experience at applebees in a while . She got all of our food and beverages delivered in a timely manner ... with NO issues !!' “We had our wedding there this past weekend on March 15,2025 and it was absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond on everything including the decorating. The dinners were absolutely delicious. They communicate fast with any questions, advice and with suggestions. Pricing was great. We definitely recommend.“

“ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD, ALWAYS CONSISTENT. DRINKS ARE AWESOME. ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS CONSIDER THE SOURCE "KARENS". THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS AN ASSET TO BROOKSVILLE. “The Lighthouse is a semi small town bar. It has been remodeled not long ago but still set up the same. The bartenders are nice and dont skip a beat. There is a jukebox for all kinds of music and there is 3 pool tables. There is also outside tables to visit.“

“The restaurant is clean and the food is as good as any IHOP out there but where this location stands out is in the service. Nicole was my server and not only did she go above and beyond making sure that I had a good breakfast but I observed that all the other tables around me in her section we’re happy and satiated because of her attentiveness and efficiency. Thank you! Great breakfast. Would recommend.“

“This restaurant has retained the feel of old FL. The food is great (like mom used to make) and Barbie, our waitress, was really amazing. Great fun road trip destination across the street from the Withlacochee River and close to the Withlacochee state bike trail.“
