“FIRST OFF!!!! Tacos are amazing, off the chain. Our server was Yami, she provided great service and was very attentive. Not as busy tonight but so service was a bit faster. What started at 3 tacos ended up being 5 tacos and 1 to go. The salsa verde and spicy sauce they have are savory and flavorful. You can tell they marinate their food for long lasting favor. Anyone who read this, PLEASE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Ask for Yami“

“Humble spot with excellent tacos. We ordered a pound of meat which comes with tortillas, onions, limes, cilantro, and hot sauces on the side. The prices are excellent while the service was accurate and to-the-point with none of the overly friendly corporate hospitality. Fantastic location!“

“We had a large group of 9 for a bachelorette party and had such a great experience! Genesis was our server and she was ON IT and kept our glasses full and made sure we were so well cared for! Place is super cute and food was fresh and delicious!“

“Really fun place. Located in the corner of a road in this nice space decorated very tastefully, feels like you entered a whole sperate world. The restaurant is interesting with basically only outdoor seating. We sat down. The Fifa game was playing, and it was nice, but way way way too loud. I couldn't hear my wife or myself thinking. The server took quite a while to come. I ordered appetizers right away (empanadas) and drinks. The drinks took about 5-10 minutes. After about 20-30 minutes they told us one of the empanadas was out and asked if we wanted a substitute. We said no. Then ordered the main. Which took about another 20-30 minutes. The appetizer eventually came , but with the main course (after almost an hour from when we ordered it, making it useless). They also did not provide any kind of free chips or the like while we waited for the hour. Either way, we got the order. I got the Birria Enchiladas, it was tasty, loaded with meat, and had a side of rice and beans. The birria meat was a little dry tho. Also it lacked any kind of cream on the top, and they were stingy with the toppings like the cheese. Still good. My wife got the birria burrito, also loaded with meat, but could've used more cheese and sauce or something. But it was tasty. It took forever to get out to get out server to come back for us to pay. Overall the service could be better. The food is great but needs improvement. Loved the vibe, but they played the TV way too loud. I would return tho as it's a good place overall.“

“It’s rare that I give 5 stars to a restaurant, but here it is. Obviously it’s not high end, but it is an awesome casual-chic Mexican restaurant (especially for a franchise). Taco Tuesday is definitely the best time to go to take advantage of the specials.
I will say that the trio I ordered (chips with salsa, queso and guacamole) was a little pricey for what it was, but everything else was a great value. Shoutout to Tyler who provided the best service ever and Steve the GM who checked in on my group. Will definitely be back!

“Veteran owned and operated Mexican food done right. It’s a very clean, cozy, nicely organized space. As soon as you taste the food here, it’s obvious that this is a labor of love. Burritos and tacos are outstanding. Salsa is spicy and fresh. Two things to note: park around the side if you can; you can park in front but it’s a tiny little parking lot. Next is that you can “dine in” but they will bring you the takeout cartons and you can sit at one of the 2 tables they have inside and outside. We ate in and it was lovely and cozy and perfect!“

“Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“

“Day 5 Happy Hour at El Camino location in Boca Raton, FL was incredible. The place was buzzing, but the atmosphere was fantastic. We snagged a table pretty quickly despite the crowd. Punkys Tacos is an absolute vibe and the food is fire. 🔥 We are already planning what we are getting next time Our server Julie was great with suggestions of favorites especially since it was our first time. Queso dip and Chips - the addition of chorizo was a nice twist that jazzed this classic up Cheetodilla - I cant even put into words this quesadilla with a hot cheeto twist.
