“Amazing food truck with ample seating, excellent tacos. We tried three of their tacos and every one was great, perfectly accompanied by delicious garnishes. We met the owner Vanessa and she was lovey, explaining their food style (Mexico City…our favorite) and that everything is fresh (which was obvious from the taste). Make sure to try her homemade hibiscus juice or lemonade…also amazing!“

“This small Haitian spot is takeout-only. All orders take about 25-30 minutes, which is good because you know it’s freshly prepared, but consider calling in advance if you don’t want to wait. While there’s no ambience, there’s chairs to wait in, and the staff is friendly and helped me pick out a variety to try. The spicing and preparation were good, but a bit salty for my (non-Haitian) palette. Overall I’d love to come back to try the rest of the menu when I’m back in the area.

Parking: A handful of spots are available by pulling into the driveway in front of the building. This is directly off of a fairly busy road without street parking.“

I have an egg allergy- I wrote the restaurant and not only did the manager get back to me but so didn't the chef , the general manager and the pastry chef. A special thank you to Julian,Megan and David who made sure that I had a wonderful experience for Thanksgiving. Vida has a buffet to suit any palate- from an abundance of seafood choices to traditional turkey, Prime Rib and sides fit for a King. If I mentioned everything that is an option , the review would be endless. The desserts have their own section and once you are there you can understand why. To the team that consistently takes away dirty plates and refills your drink orders, they are just friendly and personable. I come every year for Thanksgiving with my husband and we are different ends of the spectrum as far is food- and we both always walk away- full , happy and overwhelmingly satisfied. I will continue to come for thanksgiving as long as they are doing the buffet. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both.
